Becca Kufrin says Arie Luyendyk's recent explanation the he only appeared on The Bachelor: Winter Games to have an opportunity to ask the franchise's producers about Lauren Burnham is "BS."

Shortly after Arie proposed marriage to Becca while filming the final Rose Ceremony of The Bachelor's 22nd season in November 2017, The Bachelor star showed up on the set of The Bachelor: Winter Games in Vermont in December 2017 to judge a kissing contest.

But Arie told Rachel Lindsay on her Bachelor Happy Hour podcast earlier this month his "whole motivation" for appearing on Winter Games -- which was filmed only a few weeks after Arie got engaged to Becca -- was to check up on his season's runner-up, Lauren, whom he was still thinking about at the time.

"To me, it's such BS," Becca, 29, told Entertainment Tonight while playing a game of "Sip or Spill" with Lauren Zima on "Roses and Rose."

Becca, who clearly chose to spill on Arie's comments, continued, "Because when we were together, I knew he felt bad about how things ended [with Lauren]. He felt guilty, which I get, because it's a very weird situation."

"But I was always like, 'You can go call her and apologize and get that off your chest,'" revealed Becca, who is now happily engaged to her The Bachelorette season's winner, Garrett Yrigoyen.

Becca therefore suggested Arie had plenty of time and chances to reach out to Lauren or The Bachelor producers to talk to her or make sure she was okay.

"It was never something where I was like, 'You can't do that,'" Becca insisted to ET. "So, to me, it was weird in that regard."

"Also, there's a lot more that I didn't ever know about that went down," she added. "So at this point in my life, I'm, like, 'Whatever!' I think like many men, he was confused at that point... Good riddance!"

When Arie recalled why he had decided to appear on The Bachelor Winter Games, he admitted to Rachel on her podcast, "I remember thinking about Winter Games and I was like, 'Oh, you know, if I go to Winter Games, I can probably see Lauren's producer and then maybe, like, see how she's doing.'"

"That was, like, my whole motivation for actually going to Winter Games," he said, later adding, "I was definitely lost at that point and really questioning how the show ended."

Not long after his The Bachelor engagement to Becca, Arie felt he had made a mistake and was actually in love Lauren instead.

The Bachelor finale therefore showed Arie dumping a totally shocked and blindsided Becca, only to beg Lauren for another chance.

Lauren ultimately took Arie back in early 2018, and then the couple got engaged on The Bachelor: After the Final Rose's live broadcast in March 2018.

Since then, Arie and Lauren got married in Hawaii and welcomed a baby girl, Alessi, in May.

Becca admitted to ET her biggest regret from participating in The Bachelor franchise was accepting Arie's marriage proposal to begin with.

When asked if she would do anything differently when looking back on her time with the franchise, Becca chose not to take a sip again.

"[I would] not say yes to the first engagement... I think that's mainly the only thing," Becca shared. "Everything else I think had to play out as it did to end the way it did."

Lauren pointed out Becca may not have become The Bachelorette star had Arie not dumped her in a heartwrenching conversation, and Becca agreed. And had Becca not starred on The Bachelorette's fourteenth season, she never would have met Garrett.

Becca claimed she hasn't spoken with Arie or his wife in a long time.

"I don't even know what I would say [if I saw him]. I'd probably give him a high five. He has a cute baby," Becca said.

As for her feelings toward Lauren B., Becca explained, "I think it'd be fine for me [to see her]. At this point, they're happy, I'm very happy with Garrett that I don't think there's any -- hopefully there's no bad blood there, but I don't know."

"We're going to run into each other at some point," Becca reasoned. "I know it's bound to happen."

Also during her game of "Sip or Spill," Lauren took a sip when asked to share which bachelor had the worst breath on her season.

But Becca did reveal Kamil Nicalek made "the worst" first impression on Night 1 on her The Bachelorette season when he asked her to meet him 60% of the way compared to his 40%.

She also insisted things aren't "weird" with Jason Tartick -- who made her Final 3 bachelors -- although he's seriously dating Kaitlyn Bristowe now.

In addition, Becca joked her The Bachelorette runner-up Blake Horstmann should "take a break from TV for a little bit" after his controversial showing on Bachelor in Paradise 6 in which multiple women were upset with him for having slept with them at Stagecoach prior to the show.
