Bekah Martinez is definitely a frontrunner in The Bachelor star Arie Luyendyk Jr.'s mind, at least at this point in the Season 22 competition.

Bekah got off to a great start with Arie, as her stimulating conversation on Night 1 of filming challenged Arie and made him lose his words and train of thought. It also didn't hurt that Arie found her absolutely stunning.

Ever since then, Bekah has shown maturity and poise on the show, and she's made it known that she's drama-free, laid back and easy to please.

"With each and every date, Bekah M. continued to impress me. She's able to be vulnerable and open and sexy," Arie wrote in his People blog.

Bekah was one of eight bachelorettes who accompanied Arie on this week's wrestling group date.

Preparations for the tournament turned out to be aggressive and intense, but Bekah -- unlike Tia Booth and Bibiana Julian -- seemed to understand it was all a big show and theatricality was just part of it.

Later that night, Bekah and Arie continued to bond during their alone time, and they couldn't seem to stop kissing each other.

"Our chemistry was truly off the charts and, on top of that, our conversation was phenomenal," Arie said.

"Every time we talked, I learned so much about her, about our potential as partners and about myself. This is why I gave her the group date rose."

Bekah shined again at the cocktail party preceding the season's third Rose Ceremony. She explained to Arie that the reason why he missed her and was so drawn to her was because the bachelorette didn't need him to complete her.

Bekah reasoned that Arie was used to women who needed him, so she was a breath of fresh air for him. Bekah suggested that her independence and confidence forces Arie to chase her, and he was so intrigued by her that he found himself guarding his heart in her presence.

"One of the most memorable conversations of the night was with Bekah M. At the cocktail party (on the infamous daybed) she really cut to my core," Arie revealed.

"I was astonished how someone could know me so well so fast -- and would be bold enough to call me out. As I said in the moment, she's really... kinda nailin' the... nailin' the... nailed it. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?! All I can say is that when you push past my lack of verbal expression is that Bekah M. clearly blows me away."

Chelsea Roy received the other group date rose for the week, and the episode concluded with Arie sending Bibiana, Annaliese Puccini and Lauren Schleyer home.

Now, only 15 women remain in the running for the 36-year-old pro racing driver's heart.
