Bethenny Frankel has ended her relationship with boyfriend Michael Cerussi III.

"Right now, I'm single," the 44-year-old told People magazine.

"I've been through a lot with exposing all my personal life so I'm not making any grand statements anymore," said Frankel, who starred in "The Real Housewives of New York City" from 2008 to 2010 and returned to the show this year.

Frankel and Cerussi were first linked in January of 2013. News of their breakup comes on the heels of Frankel's interview with "Watch What Happens Live" where she stated she "will never get legally married again."

"It doesn't mean that I would not commit to someone. I'm not jaded," added the reality star, who has been trying to settle her divorce with second husband Jason Hoppy since 2013.

In addition to her reality television fame, Frankel is known for creating the Skinnygirl brand and is a published author.
