The Big Brother: All-Stars broadcast began with the Head of Household competition that commenced following Janelle Pierzina's eviction from the Big Brother house.
The season's fourth HoH competition dubbed "Carnival Quick Shot" required the participating All-Star players to compete in two groups of six.
The first group was comprised of Nicole Franzel, Da.Vonne Rogers, David Alexander, Ian Terry, Enzo and Kaysar. Each person had three balls to roll up a ramp in attempt to sink them in three holes in the middle of the ramp.
The first three houseguests to achieve that goal would advance to the final round and compete against the three winners in the second heat.
The second group of players was made up of Christmas Abbott, Bayleigh Dayton, Memphis Garrett, Kevin, Cody Calafiore and Dani Briones.
"This is the very first time I've been in this house without Janelle. They're coming for me next. I've been hunted like a dog since I first stepped foot in this house. Everything is riding on this right now. I have to win," Kaysar told the cameras.
Kaysar managed to score two balls on his very first attempt down the ramp, which blew Tyler away.
Tyler Crispen, the outgoing HoH, explained he didn't want to see Kaysar win because he would definitely be on Kaysar's radar. After all, Tyler had been responsible for sending Janelle out the door.

Dani then admitted she had voted for Kaysar because she wanted to give Janelle "a pity vote" and also stir up some trouble and chaos in the house. She did not want Kaysar to become the next HoH.

Nicole said Janelle leaving took a lot of weight off her shoulders and she now feels like she can play the game to the best of her ability.
Meanwhile, Enzo had never won a Head of Household before, and he hoped to become "the King of the Castle." Prior to this competition, Enzo had won a Power of Veto and "Safety Suite" comp, so he wanted to add to his resume.
Kevin wanted to win the competition because he said he didn't trust anyone in the house, and Da'Vonne and Christmas were desperate to win in order to see photos of their children, whom they missed terribly.
Memphis hoped to win the Head of Household competition in order to stay in power and target David again. Memphis knew he wasn't safe in the game with David gunning for him.
And Bayleigh set out to win in order to prove to her alliance she can win comps and isn't afraid to make a big move to support and benefit them.
But Kaysar was the first person to advance in Round 1, and he competed against David, Enzo, Cody, Dani and Kevin in the final heat.
In the final round, Kaysar was the first person to sink two balls, when Enzo only had one ball in a hole. However, Enzo came from behind and was crowned the season's new Head of Household.
"Ten years I waited for this opportunity! I don't care who is in this house, I am coming after everybody. I want blood all over me, yo! I here to cause chaos and win this thing!" Enzo bragged.

Kaysar felt really disappointed in himself for losing, but he called himself "a fighter" and said his fellow houseguests would have to "drag" him out of the BB house.
Afterward, paranoia was running rampant in the house over which two houseguests had voted to keep Janelle and take out Kaysar instead at the previous live eviction.
Cody assumed Dani had flipped the script because she had actually approached him before the vote about throwing votes to keep Janelle in order to set two people up.
Dani had pointed out Bayleigh and Da'Vonne seemed to be a duo in the house and so she hoped her rogue vote would be pinned on one of them.
Cody therefore approached Dani about whether she was one of the rogue votes, but Dani firmly denied that was the case.
"Am I going crazy in here? You did ask me to do it, so me thinking it could've been you isn't really a wild assumption," Cody said in the Diary Room.
"I don't understand why Dani gets so defensive, but now it's raising a lot of flags for me. I want to trust her, but there is too much going on to ignore."
As Dani tried to spread the word Da'Vonne and Bayleigh had voted for Kaysar, Bayleigh told Da'Vonne that she felt guilty for not voting for Kaysar when Janelle was "my girl" in the house.

Kevin swore on his life and his family's lives he did not vote for Kaysar to go home, and that's because Enzo was the other vote.
Cody then sat down and talked to Enzo. The boys were like "blood brothers," according to Enzo, who said he's always have Cody's back in the game.
Cody shared with Enzo how Dani had asked him to vote for Kaysar with her in order to throw two people under the bus, and so Enzo pointed out it must have been Dani who voted for Kaysar.

After Kaysar and Da'Vonne had a powerful conversation about racial discrimination and having the courage to rise above the hate, it became time to pick new Have Nots for the week.
Tyler volunteered to be a Have Not, and then Cody asked Da'Vonne to be one. And finally, Bayleigh picked Dani, who announced, "I'm coming after you!"
"Listen, swing, but don't miss," Bayleigh advised Dani.
Dani, however, had Nicole by her side because the girls are good friends inside and outside the Big Brother house. Dani said she never had to worry about Nicole talking behind her back or backstabbing her, and she trusted Nicole 100 percent.
Nicole also told the cameras she wanted to go far into the game with Dani and so she'd protect her. Nicole hoped for protection in return.

Enzo then admitted to Cody he was thinking about nominating Kaysar for eviction as well as a pawn like Kevin. Enzo said Kaysar hadn't talked any game or strategy with him and so he didn't trust Kaysar.
Prior to the Nomination Ceremony, Kaysar did make an attempt to form a connection with Enzo.
Kaysar told Enzo that he wanted to play against competitors, not floaters. Kaysar said he respected Enzo for winning comps and would like to play with him going forward.
Kaysar felt "cautiously optimistic" after their conversation, but Enzo explained to home viewers Kaysar had talked "no game" with him for four weeks.
Enzo seemed to like Kaysar as a person, but he vented, "What am I going to do?! He hasn't talked any game with me, so I can't trust him."

Christmas told Enzo not to underestimate Ian in the game because he's won the game before and also performs well in competitions. Christmas and Enzo also agreed Kevin is a floater, and Christmas warned Enzo that Nicole was close with Dani and Ian.
Enzo shared with the cameras how putting Kaysar on the block was "a done deal" and he just had to figure out whom to nominate alongside him.
At the Nomination Ceremony, Enzo announced he had decided to nominate Kaysar and Kevin for eviction.
"It's nothing personal. I just feel like it's been four weeks in this house and we really haven't game-talked at all. Let's fight for this PoV. If you win it, I'll congratulate you guys. And that's it. Good luck!" Enzo announced.

Kevin dreaded being nominated over and over again with bigger threats, but he planned to remain focused on winning the Power of Veto.
Kaysar was hoping something would change this week, but he was wrong. Kaysar said he had to win the Power of Veto or his game would probably be finished.
And finally, Enzo said in the Diary everyone should be worried if Kaysar or Kevin managed to win the Power of Veto.
