Big Brother alum Christmas Abbott has struck a plea deal to resolve last year's incident in which she repeatedly rammed her car into the vehicle of her baby daddy's new girlfriend.

While the couple broke up before the child's birth, Benjamin is the father of Christmas' baby boy who was born in October 2018.
The plea deal ensures Christmas will not spend any time behind bars, but she must reportedly pay $1,357.95 in restitution as well as complete an anger management class.
During the August 18 incident, Christmas allegedly drove to a gym to confront Samantha Morse, Benjamin's new girlfriend, Us Weekly reported.
According to the police reported obtained by Us, Christmas -- who was eight months pregnant at the time -- "rammed another vehicle multiple times" following a fight with Samantha in the parking lot.
"[Christmas] came to the gym to confront her child's father's romantic partner. Once there, she threw a coffee cup and caused a scene," the report read.
"The suspect entered her Mercedes-Benz SUV and proceeded to ram the victim's vehicle twice. This caused over $5,000 worth of damage to the victim's vehicle."
Samantha told police Christmas allegedly called her a "pathetic, home-wrecking little slut" before hitting her car, however police did not immediately arrest Christmas at the scene because of her pregnancy.

Instead, Christmas was allowed to surrender herself for arrest in Tampa, FL, on November 6, about a month after she gave birth.
Christmas' attorney later entered a plea of not guilty in Florida Court in late November 2018, Us reported.

Benjamin, however, shared on Instagram late last year he was doing his best to co-parent the baby -- who Christmas named Loyal -- with the former Big Brother houseguest.
When TMZ first reported Christmas' arrest, the website suggested Benjamin had cheated on her by referring to Samantha as his "side chick."
Christmas finished Big Brother's nineteenth season in third place behind runner-up Paul Abrahamian and the winner Josh Martinez.
