"IT'S OFFICIAL. We just bought the house on the hill on 10 acres with the ginormous pond. I don't normally toot my own horn, but man, I'm pretty stinkin' proud," Nicole, 29, captioned a photo of her new beautiful home.
"I finally found something to spend my moldy BB money on, & we think it's the PERFECT choice."
Nicole won Big Brother's eighteenth season and its $500,000 grand prize, and she also competed on Season 16 and, more recently, Big Brother: All-Stars, which she finished in third place in October 2020.
Nicole and Victor, who also competed on Big Brother's 18th season in 2016, welcomed their first child together, a son named Victor "Arrow" Arroyo, on July 23.
"We can't wait to raise a family here. It really has endless possibilities with the large yard too," Nicole continued in her Instagram post.
"AND WE CAN'T WAIT TO SHOW YOU MORE!! Wait until you see the back side of the house, ITS MY FAVORITE! We aren't selling our current home until spring so we can move at a good pace! Thankfully!"
Nicole gushed of her new home's previous owners, "[They] are the SWEETEST!!!!! Seriously so kind & we are so grateful they chose us to have this beautiful home."
Nicole revealed the new house is "definitely move in ready" and "doesn't need a thing."

"I'll be showing the master bedroom tomorrow morning! (First room being painted)! Then we will furnish that room and on to the next!! Thank you all so much for helping this dream come true! XOXO."
Nicole has been updating fans on her progress ever since, and she started with painting the walls and the ceiling.
"Choosing wall colors is so freakin' hard!!!" Nicole joked on her Instagram Stories, according to Us Weekly. "I feel like I'm a visual person and I need to like tap my walls to go through the options."
The couple also plans to replace the flooring in the house.
On Thursday, Nicole posted a video of her winding walkway and beautiful yard and pond, and she captioned it, "My new front porch view. Follow along with us as we make this beautiful place home. #newhome #moving #countrylife #pond #frontporch."
Nicole and Victor revealed the sex of their baby in late March, less than a week after tying the knot in a small and intimate wedding ceremony at Casa Feliz Historic Home & Venue in Winter Park, FL, on March 16.
Nicole and Victor both gushed to Us at the time about how their big day "could not have been more perfect" after having to postpone their nuptials multiple times amid the coronavirus pandemic.

They proceeded to plan a December 2020 ceremony in Turks and Caicos, which also had to be rescheduled.
While Nicole and Victor appear to be madly in love now, they were only friends when they competed on Big Brother together in 2016.
Not only did viewers fail to see sparks between the pair on Season 18, but Nicole was also dating her fellow houseguest Corey Brooks while filming the show.
(Nicole and Corey split after the season's finale aired).
But Nicole and Victor took their relationship out of the friendzone in Summer 2017 and began a romance.
After the "Coco Caliente" podcast hosts publicly confirmed their relationship in September 2017, Victor proposed marriage one year later in September 2018 during an episode of Big Brother's 20th season.

Victor subsequently moved to Ubly, MI, to be with Nicole, and after getting engaged, they raced around the world on The Amazing Race's 31st season.
The couple finished in fourth place.
