Big Brother evicted Kaitlin Barnaby and determined its fifth Head of Household during Thursday night's broadcast of the fifteenth season's fourth live eviction show.

Kaitlin, a 23-year-old bartender from Vadnais Heights, MN who currently resides in Minneapolis, MN, was evicted from the Big Brother house via a unanimous 9-0-0 vote after being placed on the chopping block by the season's fourth Head of Household -- Judd Daugherty, a 26-year-old property appraiser from Englewood, TN who currently resides in Etowah, TN.

"People lied to my face and I knew it was coming. I'm sure everything will smooth over by finals, but I was not excited to say goodbye to anybody," Kaitlin said following her eviction, noting she was a little surprised it was a unanimous vote and she's not sure what will happen between herself and Jeremy McGuire going forward.

"I'm not necessarily mad at anybody. It's a game -- all personal things set aside. I'm a little hurt by [Andy Herren] the most I would say, I don't know, just because I thought he had my back. I know he stuck up for me, I know he did, but... I tried to cover it up [who I aligned with], but it obviously didn't work."

Judd initially nominated Kaitlin and Aaryn Gries, a 22-year-old college student from San Angelo, TX, for eviction with the intention of possibly back dooring Howard Overby, a 29-year-old youth counselor from Hattiesburg, MS. Judd called Aaryn "a Texas tornado who was twisting his words," he thought Kaitlin was a social threat and great in challenges, and he worried about Howard's physical game.

America, the week's "Big Brother MVP," nominated Elissa Slater -- a 27-year-old nutritionist from Concord, NC who currently resides in Kannapolis, NC and is the sister of former Big Brother winner Rachel Reilly -- for eviction although home viewers had voted her the show's MVP three times in a row.

Elissa, shocked and frustrated by the news, assumed either Aaryn, Kaitlin or GinaMarie Zimmerman, a 32-year-old pageant coordinator from Brooklyn, NY who currently resides in Staten Island, NY, had put her on the chopping block.

In turn, Kaitlin believed Elissa had won MVP again and just nominated herself to turn people against each other in the house over the secret of who might be the scheming MVP. Elissa nominating herself would also take the heat off her back and make Aaryn the biggest target once again.

However, Elissa subsequently won the Power of Veto competition and took herself off the block. America's replacement nominee, which was the houseguest who received the next highest number of home viewer votes, was GinaMarie. Because GinaMarie, a member outside of Elissa's alliance, was nominated, Kaitlin was even more convinced Elissa held the MVP powers.

The vote then came down to GinaMarie, Aaryn and Kaitlin. In the meantime, Kaitlin; Judd; GinaMarie; Howard; and Spencer Clawson, a 31-year-old conductor from Conway, AR, had formed a majority alliance.

Kaitlin's alliance planned to target the people who seemed to be running the house -- Elissa, Helen Kim, a 37-year-old political consultant from Falls Church, VA who currently resides in Chicago, IL; Amanda Zuckerman, a 28-year-old real estate agent from Long Island, NY who currently resides in Boynton Beach, FL; and McCrae Olson, a 23-year-old pizza delivery person from Zimmerman, MN who currently resides in Oak Grove, MN. As a result, Kaitlin thought she was safe.

However, Judd ended up jumping ship to join Helen and Elissa's alliance, whom he trusted more. As a result, he ratted out Kaitlin's new alliance and Helen determined that Kaitlin was too dangerous and needed to go since she was working with the two strong guys in the house.

In addition, Kaitlin was great in the challenges and Aaryn -- who was already extremely disliked in the house for making derogatory comments -- made a deal with Helen and Elissa to either throw the upcoming Head of Household competition or win it and nominate whichever houseguests they desired.

Aaryn therefore put her fate into Helen and Elissa's hands in a desperate attempt to earn their trust, and the girls found the deal to be an opportunity they simply couldn't pass up.

Following Kaitlin's eviction, the remaining houseguests -- minus Judd, who as the outgoing HoH, was deemed ineligible to participate -- competed in the season's fifth HoH competition.

Dubbed "Roulette Me Win," the competition required the houseguests to step up one at a time and roll a single ball to a roulette wheel made up of slots numbered 0-36. The player whose ball lands in the highest-numbered slot after everyone rolls would become the new HoH. If the ball settles anywhere other than a numbered slot, the score for that player would be zero.

In the end, Aaryn won and received the title of the season's fifth HoH.

Next week, America will serve as the "Big Brother MVP" once again and choose one of the three nominees for eviction. The houseguest with the most votes will be nominated but the new HoH cannot be nominated. If the HoH or their nominees get the most votes, the person with the next highest vote total will become the nominee.
