In addition, Tyler, a 23-year-old lifeguard from Ohio, who currently resides in Hilton Head, SC, learned he's the top-trending houseguest, so he earned a Power App from the "BB App Store" called "The Cloud."

The Big Brother episode began on Day 16, with Kaitlyn having flipped on her FOUTTE alliance to vote Steve Arienta out instead of Sam Bledsoe. Kaitlyn could have found herself in hot water for betraying her allies, but then she became the new HoH.
Kaitlyn gushed about how everything had worked out the way it was supposed to. And Tyler felt the same way, as Kaitlyn trusted him completely and his prior HoH reign left little blood on his hands. Sam was also thankful she didn't have to use her "Bonus Life" power just yet.
But Swaggy C was freaking out, wondering whom the rat was on his side of the house.
Winston, Rachel Swindler and Brett Robinson then discussed how Kaitlyn was their seventh vote, but Tyler didn't want Swaggy C's alliance to find out Kaitlyn was the culprit, so Tyler suggested to Swaggy C and Faysal Shafaat that a power had likely been used to send Steve packing.
Tyler felt the need to protect Kaitlyn, because her staying in the house benefited his own game.

Tension later heightened between Winston and Swaggy C. The guys weren't getting along, but Bayleigh Dayton suggested Swaggy C should just keep his mouth shut and allow Winston to self-destruct and dig his own grave. Bayleigh realized that if Swaggy C became a target, she would also have a target on her back.
Meanwhile, Faysal and Swaggy C had a feeling Kaitlyn had flipped on them, but there wasn't much they could do since she's HoH. Faysal also worried his romance with Haleigh Broucher had made things a little awkward with Kaitlyn.
It was clear Kaitlyn was in the middle of the two sides of the house.

Haleigh then suggested to Kaitlyn she nominate Angela Rummans or Rachel for eviction. Some of Kaitlyn's best friends in the house were in FOUTTE, but she had to look out for herself.
After Tyler told Sam that Kaitlyn was the one who had voted for her to stay, he tried to indirectly influence Kaitlyn to nominate Swaggy C for eviction since he had called her a "cannonball" since she's allegedly unpredictable and untrustworthy.

Kaitlyn initially considered putting Winston and Angela up on the chopping block -- who are members of Tyler's "Level 6" alliance -- but then Tyler flat out suggested she should make a big move and backdoor Swaggy C.
It also helped that Sam later opened up to Kaitlyn about her "Bonus Life" power. Kaitlyn was beginning to feel good about working with Tyler and Sam.
Kaitlyn therefore told Winston that Swaggy C was her target but she needed to put him up on the chopping block as a pawn. She also told Scottie that he would be a pawn against Winston.
Kaitlyn then shared with Swaggy C that she was putting up Scottie and Winston, with Scottie as the pawn. Swaggy C wanted Winston out, so he thought this plan was perfect. Little did Swaggy C know he was on Kaitlyn's radar.
It then became time for the "BB App Store" twist in which Rachel discovered she's the least-trending houseguest.

"For the next 24 hours, an angry reviewer will be unleashed into the house at random times to loudly give feedback on you and your game," read the "Yell!" description.

And Tyler learned he's the top-trending houseguest, so he could choose from the following Power Apps: "Re-Draw," "Upgrade," "The Cloud," or "Identity Theft." Tyler selected "The Cloud."
"Keep yourself from going on the block at any one Nomination Ceremony or Veto Meeting. If you are worried you could be nominated, sit in the cloud and you cannot be put on the block," read the App's description on the show.
"You have a two-month subscription to The Cloud. So for the next 8 weeks, you could choose one time to use the cloud to keep you safe."
Tyler planned to keep his "Power App" close to his chest and not tell anybody.
Scottie had lost his closest ally in the house, Steve, but he was beginning to trust Faysal and Swaggy C. Scottie therefore shared with them how Kaitlyn wanted him to be a pawn and he didn't like the idea at all.
Swaggy C agreed using Scottie as a pawn was "stupid" because Kaitlyn would be risking their alliance keeping the numbers.
Scottie was pretty shaken up over the news, so Faysal hoped Kaitlyn's concern for Scottie would convince her to put up a pawn from the opposing side of the house.
Kaitlyn, however, asked Scottie to trust her and promised he would not be the one going home. Kaitlyn explained to Scottie that his nomination would make Winston feel safe and so Winston probably wouldn't give the next Power of Veto competition his best effort.
Kaitlyn explained to Scottie her goals would make sense in due time -- something she also later told Faysal, which worried him because he wanted the HoH to nominate Kaycee Clark for eviction instead.

Scottie noted in a confessional Kaitlyn's actions made no sense and he didn't trust her, and Kaitlyn was excited to go after Swaggy C because she's over his "attitude and ego."
