JC, a 28-year-old professional dancer from Miami, FL via Spain, who currently resides in West Hollywood, CA, has gotten himself involved in a third controversy this season.

JC came under fire this week for asking a fellow houseguest, Rachel Swindler, if she is transgender, Us Weekly reported.

"Are you a real girl?" JC, 28, reportedly asked the 29-year-old Las Vegas entertainer from Myrtle Beach, SC, in the show's live feeds while she was trying to fall asleep.

Rachel was visibly frustrated, threw her hands up in the air, and replied, "Yes."

JC then reportedly responded, "There was a comment that you are trans."

Rachel demanded to know who made such a comment, and JC admitted to the brunette beauty, "I did."

"No, not a chance," Rachel said, according to Us.

JC allegedly proceeded to poke Rachel's neck, saying, "You have a big Adam's apple," before she swatted his hand away.

"JC, please go to bed and stop talking to me," Rachel vented. "That's, like, kind of rude."

JC reportedly laughed to himself and persisted with his investigation of her appearance.

After JC touched Rachel's neck a second time, Us reported she yelled, "I'm serious. Stop it!"

JC has been getting slammed for his actions on Twitter, with many Big Brother fans discussing how they don't like JC.

"That entire exchange was disgusting," tweeted one user.

"JC continued to try and touch/point at Rachel's neck and she ended up yelling at him. He is HORRENDOUS!!!!! Rachel showed so much restraint because I would've flung him across the room," said another follower of the show.

As previously mentioned, JC found himself in boiling water on two other occasions.

He has faced backlash on social media for using a derogatory term on Season 20 of Big Brother as well as sexually harassing female players.

In addition to saying the N-word during a conversation with African-American houseguest, Bayleigh Dayton, he also chased female houseguests around the house with an ice cream scooper, instructing Kaycee Clark in particular to "open up" her genitals because it "feels good."

CBS had warned the Big Brother cast to be more aware of -- and put a stop to -- their "inappropriate" and "offensive" behavior in early July.

"At times, the houseguests reveal prejudices and exhibit behavior that we do not condone. The producers have addressed two such incidents that were seen recently on the 24/7 online feed," CBS had said in a statement.

"In both cases, those involved have been warned about their inappropriate behavior and offensive comments, as well as future consequences."
