Morgan won the $250,000 grand prize after surviving 65 days in the house and defeating 12 other houseguests.
Instead of having a jury of previously-evicted houseguests determine its winner, Big Brother: Over the Top allowed fans to vote and make the decision. Host Julie Chen revealed Morgan won by only 20,000 votes.
Jason Roy, a 27-year-old grocery stocker from Swansea, MA, finished in second place. Jason, a Super Fan who competed on Big Brother's seventeenth season last year on television, therefore took home $25,000.
Morgan was a member of the "Plastics" alliance this season, while Jason represented the "Misfits." Morgan seemed completely surprised she won the show, while Jason appeared absolutely devastated.
In a distant third place was Kryssie Ridolfi, a 31-year-old waitress from Schaumburg, IL. She was evicted before Morgan and Jason were declared the Final 2.
Before Morgan's victory announcement, Julie asked the evicted houseguests whom they would have voted for to win Big Brother out of the Final 3 if given the opportunity.
Shane Chapman, Neeley Jackson, Whitney Hogg and Danielle Lickey would have voted for Jason to win, while Shelby Stockton, Scott Dennis, Monte Massongill, Alex Willett and Michael "Cornbread" Ligon would have picked Morgan as the champion. Kryssie received zero votes, and Justin Duncan basically threw away his hypothetical vote by saying he'd support all three of them.
Fans will also be happy to hear that Shane and Danielle are still dating! They made their relationship work outside of the house and claim to be in love and very happy.
