Nick's decision therefore leaves Nicole and Cliff Hogg III on the chopping block heading into Thursday night's live eviction.

The Big Brother broadcast began on Day 24 after Jessica and Cliff had been nominated for eviction.

But right before the ceremony, Nicole warned Nick four people in his alliance were gunning for him, so he didn't know what to do.

Jessica felt like she was on the bottom of the totem pole, but she had hope she could work her way to the top. Meanwhile, Cliff was told he was a pawn, but he still wanted to win the upcoming veto just to be safe.

As for Nicole, she was well aware the rogue vote from the previous eviction was being pinned on her, so she was glad she avoided the block.

Isabella Wang then spoke to Tommy Bracco about how Jackson Michie, Jack Matthews, Holly Allen and Analyse Talavera were trying to get Nick and herself out. Bella said it "clicked" and "made sense" why the four would want them out.

Bella believed Nicole, but she also had a lot of faith in Gr8tful, so she was confused and hoped to hash things out with her alliance and get on the same page.

Once the Gr8tful alliance gathered together, Analyse, Christie Murphy and the girls flipped out over Nicole's accusations. Bella announced Nicole had felt bullied by Analyse's group, but then Analyse argued Nicole had said the same thing about her.

Because of all the emotion in the room, Bella determined Nicole had been lying and couldn't be trusted.

"You almost had us. Nicole, she's the devil!" Bella said in the Diary Room.

Nicole then tried to join the conversation but Michie didn't allow her to enter the room. Nicole didn't know what was happening, as Tommy vented behind closed doors about how Nicole had been "playing both sides" of the house.

Michie, however, knew the truth -- that his allies had been gunning for Bella and Nick and he was the person who had cast the rogue vote.

Nicole felt stupid for leaking information to houseguests who talked to each other and were probably working with each other. She admitted in a confessional she was in a pickle.

Ovi Kabar told everyone in the room they weren't being nice in how they excluded Nicole from their conversation, but Cliff and David Alexander told Nicole not to let it get to her.

Nick said his alliance was "stronger than ever" after talking things through and he would "definitely" put Nicole up on the chopping block as a replacement nominee if given the opportunity.

"The funny thing is, I literally told Nicole that I would not put her up this week and she went and spread lies and defamed my character. So guess what? She's going home this week!" Nick told the cameras.

The Gr8tful alliance then turned into an alliance of nine called "Unde9able" with Sam Smith. But Sam knew Gr8tful existed beforehand, so he wasn't exactly thrilled or tickled pink.

Christie and Jack then told David he was playing a "perfect" behind-the-scenes game in "Camp Comeback" but Ovi shouldn't have opened his mouth.

Jack told Ovi that he was fine and nothing was wrong, but Ovi felt Jack was trying to intimidate him. Ovi couldn't wait for his chance to get back into the house and then target Jack.

Nicole then cried to Bella about how Bella had betrayed her trust.

Nicole said she was trying to confide in Bella and have a heart to heart, but then Bella said she had to validate the allegations because they really upset her -- especially claims Analyse, Holly and Christie called Bella and Nick "bullies."

Bella said it was "disgusting" Nicole made up such lies about people, and Nicole was furious at herself for trusting a person who had blown up the Black Widows and Kemi Faknule's game.

Bella told Nicole that she didn't trust her and the situation made her sick. Tommy listened to the girls' conversation and could hear Bella bulldozing Nicole, so he started wondering whether Bella and Nick had been bullying after all.

Tommy apologized to Nicole that she didn't have a chance to speak and advised her to "relax and breathe." Nicole just didn't appreciate being treated that way by Bella.

Nicole the broke down into tears and cried to Jessica and Kathryn. Nicole said she had entered the house as an advocate for bullied children and couldn't believe she had allowed Bella to speak to her that way.

"I would never attack any of you on a personal level," Nicole cried to her friends, later adding, "Game is one thing, but personal is a whole other ballpark."

Nicole and Bella's argument continued, with Nicole accusing Bella of not speaking to her like an educated adult. Nicole said other people had called Bella a "bully" but she wasn't going to say names since Bella would "use and abuse" that information.

Nicole then lost her cool and announced to a room full of people Bella manipulated, twisted words and lied. Nicole said Bella took what people said and flipped it upside down.

Bella argued Nicole had been caught in a lie and so she was lashing out. With that being said, Bella noted, "Whatever," and walked out of the room.

It then became time to pick players for the Power of Veto competition. In addition to the HoH, Nick, and the two nominees, Jessica and Cliff, the other players who were picked to compete were Jackson, Kathryn and Christie.

Christie had been Jessica's houseguest choice, and Nick was just glad Nicole hadn't been selected because he admitted she was his backdoor target for the week.

Nicole was upset Jessica didn't pick her to play because they could have had each other's back, but Jessica didn't want to openly work with someone the whole house was against.

It then became time for the Power of Veto competition hosted by Kaitlyn Herman.

The players were required to enter Kaitlyn's foggy nightmare and search for puzzle pieces in the dark. After collecting all of their pieces, the first person to put together a puzzle that looked like Kaitlyn would win the veto.

In the end, Kathryn won the Power of Veto and was so glad to redeem herself in competitions. Since Kathryn wasn't a member of Gr8tful, Nick had no idea what Kathryn was going to do with it.

Kathryn said Cliff was her dad in the house and she loved Jess, but she also wished she could save Nicole since she'd likely be the replacement nominee.

"I'd like to save them all! Can I do that?!" Kathryn said the Diary Room.

Afterward, Nick gave Christie "weird vibes" and so she wondered if something was up. Christie questioned if she was losing her mind and just acting paranoid, but she was convinced Nick was going to name her the replacement nominee.

Christie suddenly started to worry Nick was going to backdoor her. She then cried to Kathryn and Analyse about how she was probably going up on the block, but the girls assured her that she was fine.

Christie considered using her "Diamond Power of Veto" power to stay off the block, but she ultimately decided not to.

Jessica also comforted Christie and said she wasn't going up on the block.

At the Veto Meeting, Kathryn decided to use the Power of Veto on Jessica, and then Nick named Nicole the replacement nominee.

"I don't get mad; I get even," Nick announced.

Christie was relieved she didn't use her power in the game and wasn't being backdoored.
