Big Brother featured Leah Peters winning the Power of Veto and using it to save Angela Murray from the chopping block during the Season 26 episode that aired Wednesday night on CBS.

The Head of Household, Quinn Martin, a 25-year-old nurse recruiter from Lawton, OK, who currently resides in Omaha, NE, therefore had to name a replacement nominee, and he chose Joseph Rodriguez, a 30-year-old video store clerk from Tampa, FL.

The Big Brother broadcast began after Quinn had come into power as the new Head of Household and nominated Angela, Rubina Bernabe and Kimo Apaka for eviction.

Quinn revealed Angela was his primary target because he was confident she'd be carried to the end of this game at his expense.

Quinn explained that Kimo and Rubina were on the chopping block as pawns because they had been close allies of Tucker Des Lauriers, who just got the boot from the game last week.

Kimo said he didn't know where he stood with Quinn, but Rubina said she wasn't surprised by her nomination at all.

"I've really been through the wringer in here, and a lot of it's been my own fault!" Angela lamented.

"In his speech, Quinn said I called him a narcissist, a liar and an idiot -- and, you know, I did. I'm such a big mouth."

Angela cried in the Big Brother Diary Room and said she deserved to be on the block.

Quinn shared how he didn't want to nominate anyone who had flipped on Tucker, and that included Leah, Cam Sullivan-Brown, Makensy Manbeck, and Chelsie Baham.

Quinn explained that since T'kor Clottey had done Quinn "a solid" by not putting Leah on the block last week and he also wanted to go far into the game with Joseph, he really needed nominations to stay the same.

Meanwhile, Chelsie wanted to see T'kor go on the block next to Kimo and Rubina because she had been "one of Tucker's puppets." Chelsie knew T'kor had played a big role in taking Cedric Hodges out, so she wanted to scare T'kor a little bit.

T'kor, for her part, was feeling "uneasy" because she realized that if Quinn could nominate Kimo, he'd probably go after her in this Big Brother game as well.

Joseph then admitted he had a crush on Leah but Leah just wanted Joseph in her life in "a more platonic way."

Afterwards, Angela apologized to Quinn for her name calling, but Quinn insisted her words never bothered him and they were okay. Quinn apparently liked Angela on a personal level, and he said his nomination was strictly game play.

It then became time to pick players for the Power of Veto competition. In addition to the HoH, Quinn, and the three nominees -- Angela, Kimo and Rubina -- Joseph and Leah were selected by random draw to compete.

Angela had drawn her own name out of the little Big Brother box and picked Joseph.

Quinn asked Joseph to keep nominations the same if he ended up winning the Veto, and Joseph agreed to that plan. Joseph felt good about not being the target, and he called himself "a badass."

Angela said she was going to gun for the Veto, but she had a feeling Leah would save her if she managed to snag her first competition win.

For the Power of Veto competition, the participating players were required to copy a visual display and build an 11-piece bot in the fastest time. However, there was a twist: the houseguests had to build the bot in the dark by using their sense of touch!

In the end, Leah actually won the Power of Veto and was so proud of herself for proving that she's a real competitor in this Big Brother game.

Leah said she was prepared to make a big move, even if it was going to ruffle some feathers. Quinn -- who also had a crush on Leah but had been friend-zoned by her -- was happy for Leah, but he was afraid she was going to ruin his plans of taking out Angela since the women were close.

Quinn explained to Leah how Angela was a threat to finish in second place and take the $75,000, but Leah pointed out how she was close with Angela and that wouldn't be good for her game.

Leah wanted Angela to at least make the jury so Angela could be a potential vote for her to win.

Quinn therefore started freaking out about the future of his game.

Before the Big Brother Veto Meeting, Angela tried to buddy up with Joseph to learn information, and she pitched the idea of how he could use her as a number.

"I feel like people are a little worried that you could blow up their game... Unfortunately, Angela, it's a pattern," Joseph told Angela. "Honestly, Angela, I don't see a way for you... In a way, I'm amazed you're still here."

Angela thought Joseph's words were very demeaning, and she said she was "so mad" at him. However, she decided to bite her tongue and get her Big Brother revenge later on.

Quinn also kept working on Leah, who wanted to control her own game and earn respect in the house.

"But I don't think that saving Angela is the answer. If you stick your neck out for Angela, it's going to reveal how close you guys are and now there's a reason to put you on the block... I want you to be there on finale night. I don't want you to go home," Quinn told Leah.

Quinn's lecture made Leah feel confused.

"I truly think it's in my best interest to keep her here, but I don't want to be made a target because I chose to go against what the house wants," Leah explained to the Big Brother cameras.

Quinn actually got down on his knees and begged Leah not to use the Veto on Angela.

Leah added how her decision was "so frustrating" and she didn't know what to do.

At the Veto Meeting, Leah announced she had decided to use the Power of Veto on Angela.

"I'm really sorry, Quinn. I have to prioritize what's best for my game, and I want to use it the way that I want to use it," Leah told the Big Brother house in tears.

Quinn then explained how he couldn't nominate anyone who had flipped on Tucker and T'kor didn't have the chance to vote. Quinn therefore said Joseph was his only option left.

Joseph was therefore named the replacement nominee.

Joseph then complained to the Big Brother cameras, "This kid literally told me that he wanted me to go far in this game... His word is dirt. Oh my god, he better pray I don't win an HoH. His ass will be on the block so quick, it will make his head spin!"
