Big Brother evicted Ramses Soto and crowned Paul Abrahamian the season's fifth Head of Household during Thursday night's live Season 19 broadcast on CBS.

Ramses and Josh had been nominated for eviction by Jessica Graf, who had won the week's Head of Household competition.
Jessica, a 26-year-old VIP concierge from Cranston, RI who currently resides in Los Angeles, CA, had nominated Ramses and Josh with the expectation that Ramses would just be a pawn nominee and Josh -- who has repeatedly clashed Jessica and her showmance partner Cody Nickson -- would be evicted.
However, Paul convinced the majority of the voting houseguests that it was in their own best interests to leave Josh in the house, resulting in Ramses' unexpected eviction.
Mark Jansen and Elena Davies -- whom Paul had viewed as Jessica and Cody allies and therefore left out of the plan to keep Josh -- were the only houseguests to vote with Cody to evict Josh.
Following Ramses' eviction, the remaining Big Brother houseguests -- minus Jessica, who as the outgoing HoH, was ineligible to compete -- competed in the season's fifth Head of Household competition.
Dubbed "Inked & Evicted," the challenge was a true/false quiz that required the houseguests to recall details of photos that had previously been displayed on the video screens inside the Big Brother house. The photos featured portraits of previously evicted houseguests Cameron Heard, Jillian Parker and Dominique Cooper that had been altered to include fake tattoos.
After five rounds, only Matt, Raven and Paul remained in the HoH challenge. Paul then answered the sixth question correctly while Matt and Raven got it wrong, resulting in Paul becoming the season's fifth Head of Household.
Following the HoH challenge, Big Brother host Julie Chen also revealed (to viewers only, not the houseguests) the new game consequence that will result from Jessica's decision to accept "The Halting Hex," the season's final "temptation" twist.
Due to Jessica's decision, Big Brother 19's next three weeks will now also feature a new weekly Temptation Competition that will take place before each week's eviction nomination ceremony. The new challenge will be voluntary and each houseguest will get to choose whether they wish to compete.
Similar to Survivor's Immunity Challenge, the houseguest that wins the Temptation Challenge will be safe from eviction that week. However, whichever houseguest finishes last in the challenge will also automatically be put on the chopping block as a third eviction nominee.
Big Brother 19's next episode will air Sunday, July 30 at 8PM ET/PT on CBS.
