Big Brother featured Vince Panaro winning Head of Household and nominating Mickey Lee, Ava Pearl and Kelley Jorgensen for eviction during the Season 27 episode that aired Sunday night on CBS.

The Big Brother broadcast began on Day 45 following Rylie Jeffries' eviction in a 5-4 vote instead of Morgan Pope.

Prior to Rylie's exit, Morgan, Vince Panaro, Rachel Reilly, Ashley Hollis and Cliffton "Will" Williams had formed a new "The Judges" alliance.

Katherine Woodman was devastated about Rylie's ouster because she knew he was always going to protect her in the game -- and now he couldn't. Kelley also admitted she was "blindsided by the vote" and was "so mad" about losing Rylie.

Rachel, however, boasted about her successful HoH reign in which she got out a huge player, broke up the showmance, and forced Keanu Soto to work with her.

"These newbies should all be taking notes!" Rachel boasted.

Vince feared he had thrown his game in the trash because he chose to side with people "who could not care less" about him. Vince wondered if he had been used for that vote and he upset his actual friends in the house such as Kelley.

Rachel called Vince "a wild card" whom she couldn't trust fully, so Vince had a point that he was working with people who weren't locked in with him.

"I did the dirty work for them, and now, like the idiot I am, they can cut me at their leisure," Vince lamented in the Diary Room.

"My use is done now. I can't really rely on anyone else to keep me safe now. I feel like I have to win HoH for myself."

Vince subsequently cried to Keanu about how he had his best interest at heart to get rid of Rylie. That made it difficult for Keanu to stay mad at Vince, who seemed sincerely sorry for voting out Keanu's best friend.

Rachel also solidified a Final 2 deal with Keanu since Keanu was the "comp beast" in the house.

Mickey proceeded to act like it was a big deal to evict Rylie over her pal Morgan, which raised red flags for Ashley.

"She is not on our side!... She just showed her cards!" Ashley vented to Rachel and Will.

Will concluded that if Mickey didn't win Head of Household, there was "a high probability" she'd end up on the chopping block.

Katherine then spoke to a bunch of houseguests about how Rachel was making everyone else look stupid and she'd deserve votes to win in the end.

Katherine was trying to open people's eyes about Rachel being dangerous. Keanu was clearly taking notes, and he began to worry that if he actually made it to the end with Rachel, he'd be writing himself a check for second place.

"She's running [the game] and she knows it," Katherine shared.

It then became time for the next Head of Household competition, which was the famous wall comp.

Rachel, as the outgoing HoH, was deemed ineligible to compete.

The participating houseguests were required to hold onto a wall -- which was designed to look like a train dubbed "The Mystere Express" -- for as long as possible while being tipped and pelted with rain, smoke, and green and pink slime.

Katherine wanted to target Rachel if she won the competition, while Kelley said she could only rely on Katherine, Keanu and Lauren Domingue going forward.

Keanu, for his part, wanted to beat Mickey, Morgan, Will, Ashley and Ava.

"I could be going on the block if any of them win HoH," Keanu told the Big Brother cameras.

After more than 29 minutes, Ashley and Will fell off the wall. Morgan dropped next, and those three players had to become "Have Nots" for the week,

Mickey fell off the wall after about 50 minutes, and then she was followed by Ava Pearl a couple of minutes later.

The competition came down to Vince and the four people he had just burned by voting for Rylie.

Kelley said she was having the time of her life, and as she stretched with no problem, she accidentally slipped off the wall.

The rest of the houseguests passed the hour mark, and Rachel was rooting for Keanu to win.

But Keanu was out several minutes later, and then Lauren took a dive.

Vince tried to talk strategy and make a deal with Katherine while they were both on the wall, but she apparently had no interest in working with him. Vince acknowledged that Katherine wanted him gone.

But after one hour and 14 minutes of fierce competition, Katherine fell off the wall and Vince was named the new Head of Household.

Vince was thrilled and relieved that his game wouldn't be in jeopardy this week.

"I wanted this so bad for Rylie," Katherine told the cameras. "I wanted him to see me win. I have no idea what to expect from Vince. There is a possibility I will be on the block."

No one really knew what Vince was going to decide. Mickey hoped Vince would stay true to their "Melting Pot" alliance with Morgan, but Kelley was hoping he'd return to his "roots" and team up with her again.

Keanu pitched the idea of putting Rachel on the block "as a pawn," which is what Rachel had done to him earlier in the game. Vince could either prove his loyalty to Rachel or seek a little revenge.

Vince then promised Morgan that he'd never evict her. Morgan told the Big Brother cameras that she felt "way closer" to Vince than she felt to Mickey.

"So are you mad if I put her on the block tomorrow?" Vince asked Morgan.

"No," Morgan replied. "Will can't take that shot. Ashley can't take that shot. But you can!"

Lauren told Vince that Mickey and Rachel both had to go, and so Vince considered putting both of those big threats on the block at the same time.

Vince subsequently told Mickey that she appeared to be "an insane social mastermind" whom he wouldn't want to sit next to in the end. Mickey didn't like what she was hearing, and so she tried to do some damage control.

Rachel then pleaded for safety and told Vince that Kelley was dangerous, but Keanu asked Vince to nominate Rachel, Mickey and Ashley since Rachel was playing them all.

"I'm telling you bro, we cannot miss this week!" Keanu said, urging Vince to make a big move.

Vince let Kelley know that he was considering nominating her, Mickey and Ava for eviction.

Vince said he was thinking about nominating Kelley as a pawn, in the hopes she'd win the Veto or BB Blockbuster, but she reminded him that they were supposed to be best friends in this game and he had left her out of his plans week to week.

"You've brought me to my lowest multiple times, and I don't know how much more I can take of this," Kelley lamented to the Big Brother cameras.

Rachel, meanwhile, was dead set on Kelley being Vince's main target.

"You have to leave The Judges alone," Morgan told Vince, adding that targeting Rachel would blow up their new alliance and his game as a result.

Vince was, once again, in the position to piss off one side of the house or the other.

At the Nomination Ceremony, Vince announced he had decided to nominate Ava, Mickey and Kelley for eviction.

"Ava, you put me on the block two weeks ago, so it only makes sense that I put you up," Vince explained.

"Mickey, I am under the impression that you are so incredibly good at this game that it just seems dangerous. Kelley, I would love to talk more and figure out where we stand, but for the time being, this just seems to make sense. Good luck in the Veto."

Mickey was surprised that she was on the block during the HoH reign of Morgan's "homeboy."

Ava, however, was not surprised by the results.

As for Kelley, this marked her fifth time on the chopping block, but Vince confirmed that his target for the week was Mickey.

Vince shared in the Big Brother Diary Room how he'd consider Rachel as the replacement nominee if Mickey ended up taking herself off the chopping block.
