The Biggest Loser viewers will soon be able to experience just how militant a Jillian Michaels workout is from the comfort of their living room.

The new video game will utilize Wii's motion-based console and Balance Board accessory, integrating various exercise techniques delivered by Michaels that are aimed at helping each player achieve his or her own personal fitness goals.

"Jillian Michaels' expertise in the fitness world coupled with the innovative Wii Balance Board lets us deliver a compelling game that will change the way America approaches home fitness."
Players will be able to choose from four types of workouts -- weight loss, strength training, intervals and hill climb -- and will also have the ability to set the intensity to light, medium or hard for a duration between 10 and 60 minutes.
Exercises players can complete range from crossing monkeybars to climbing ladders and rowing, and the game will also include un-lockable lifestyle and fitness video tips from Michaels. In addition, a competitive party mode lets two players race against each other through individual challenges or the entire physical training course.
Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum 2009 is expected to be released for the holiday season.
