Chyna, 29, was granted a temporary domestic-violence restraining order against Rob on Monday, July 10 after she taped an interview with Nightline in which she claimed, "Rob has hit me before. This [incident] was in April."
During the process of obtaining a restraining order against the father of her seven-month-old daughter Dream, Chyna alleged some startling details about her former relationship with Kardashian.
In court documents obtained by E! News, Chyna claimed Kardashian "punched" her and made multiple suicide threats over the past several months.
"[Rob] threatened to kill himself multiple times in text messages since we broke up in December 2016, trying to manipulate me to respond to his outbursts," Chyna wrote.

Chyna also said in her Nightline interview that aired on Monday night she returned the Ferrari, Lamborghini and expensive jewelry -- including her engagement ring -- Kardashian had previously gifted her.
"I'm not gonna let this man buy me -- or make it seem like he could just buy me and give me gifts and treat me any way, and talk to me nasty," Chyna said.
Another court date has been set for August, but in the meantime, Chyna has no intention of keeping Kardashian away from Dream.
"I would never try to take Dream from her dad," Chyna said. "Hopefully we can find common ground and be the best co-parents we can be."
Kardashian's lawyer Robert Shapiro issued a public apology on his client's behalf after a judge ruled in favor of Chyna, saying they "offer up regrets for what has taken place."

Chyna took legal action after being subjected to her ex-fiance's explicit rant on Instagram last week in which Kardashian shared three alleged nude photos of her breasts and genitals.
The 30-year-old former Keeping Up with the Kardashians star also accused Chyna of being a gold digger, abusing alcohol, doing drugs, and cheating with as many as seven male sexual partners "in less than a month."
Kardashian also alleged he paid for $100,000 worth of weight-loss surgeries for Chyna after she gave birth.
Chyna's lawyer Lisa Bloom has publicly accused Kardashian of revenge porn, which carries up to a six-month prison sentence if a person is convicted in the state of California. However, Chyna has set to file a civil or criminal lawsuit.
Chyna previously worked as a stripper and has posted many nearly-nude photos of herself on the Internet, but Bloom said on Nightline that Chyna should not be blamed at all for Kardashian's graphic posts.

"First of all, she has not posted pictures of her genitals in the past. Secondly, any explicit photos that she may have chosen to post in the past, that's her choice," Bloom explained, adding that Chya did not consent to Kardashian posting those nakes pictures.
Chyna revealed that she was shocked and "devastated" to learn of Kardashian's betrayal last week.
"I'm like, 'How could somebody, like, post these pictures of me?' And I'm like, 'Wow, okay. This is a person that I trusted.' I just felt betrayed," she said. "I didn't like any of the photos. I actually had Robert Kardashian blocked from my Instagram."
Chyna said on Nightline "the moral of the story" is that Kardashian has no respect for her, adding, "If you can't respect me, you have to respect the law."
The model also denied ever getting involved with Kardashian "out of spite" since Tyga, the father of her first child King Cairo, allegedly dumped her to date Kardashian's half-sister Kylie Jenner. Chyna argued "that's not even my character."

Chyna and Kardashian got engaged in April 2016 and welcomed Dream in November of that year. In recent months prior to Kardashian's rant on social media, he and Chyna appeared to be on good terms and reports of a reconciliation even surfaced.
The tumultuous twosome was last spotted together celebrating Father's Day at Disneyland in June 2017.
