Bobbi Kristina Brown's longtime love Nick Gordon seems to be getting buried deeper and deeper as the investigation continues.

Only one week before Bobbi Kristina, 21, was found facedown and unresponsive in her bathtub, a neighbor had called 911 to report a domestic dispute in her Roswell home, which she shared with Gordon, Us Weekly reported.
The Friday, January 23 emergency phone call was released to Us by the Roswell Police Department on Wednesday, February 11.
A female neighbor reportedly told Rick Gilbert, a security guard who was working in Bobbi Kristina's private gated community at the time, people were "hitting each other and swinging" on Bobbi Kristina's property. Gilbert then called police to report the fight outside of the three-bedroom townhouse.
Because Gilbert caught wind of the incident from the neighbor, who was the actual witness, he lacked names or any real descriptions. Gilbert was therefore allegedly instructed by the 911 dispatcher to have the woman call authorities herself.

However, according to Us, the police department noted Wednesday a "second call did not occur."
The Roswell Police Department also confirmed Wednesday Bobbi Kristina's case has been reclassified as an active criminal investigation.
Gordon has reportedly not visited Bobbi Kristina at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta since February 2 and the reasons for his absence are unclear.
Details have surfaced in the investigation thus far that prompt officials to speculate whether Bobbi Kristina had been a victim of foul play prior to the bathtub incident. Gordon has a history of domestic violence and drugs were found in the home.
Also, according to CNN, Bobbi Kristina had injuries to her face, including her mouth, at the time her body was found.

Bobbi Kristina is the daughter of Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston. She had been discovered in her bathtub on January 31 by her friend Max Lomas although Gordon tried to revive her soon afterwards.
February 11 marks the third anniversary of Houston's death. After Houston passed, Bobbi Kristina, Gordon and several other family members starred on The Houstons: On Our Own, a reality series which aired on Lifetime in 2012.
