Bobbi Kristina Brown's conservator has filed an amended complaint against her former boyfriend Nick Gordon, accusing him of causing the 22-year-old's "wrongful death."

"I am deeply saddened by the recent death of Bobbi Kristina Brown. I extend my sincerest condolences to all of her family. Consistent with and to the letter of the civil action I initially filed on behalf of Bobbi Kristina, we will continue to pursue justice for her," Brown's conservator Bedelia C. Hargrove told People in a statement.

"I have filed [on Friday] an amended complaint against Nicholas Gordon adding a count for wrongful death and for pain and suffering. We will leave no stone unturned in seeking justice for Bobbi Kristina Brown."

The initial complaint Hargrove filed in June claimed Gordon was guilty of physically assaulting and robbing Brown of thousands of dollars. Gordon also allegedly pretended to be Brown's husband in order to control her interactions with people and finances.

Hargrove's new lawsuit lists some very disturbing details of the events that allegedly transpired leading up to the moment Brown was found in her Roswell home's bathtub on January 31.

According to the amended complaint, Gordon was "out all-night on a cocaine and drinking binge" and then arrived at the townhouse he shared with Brown at around 6AM. Based on camera footage and observed conversations, Gordon and Brown reportedly "became embroiled in a loud argument."

"Defendant screamed at Bobbi Kristina accusing her of cheating, going so far as to call her a 'whore,' a 'bitch,' and other names," the papers read. "The argument lasted for about thirty minutes and then everything abruptly became quiet."

To make matters worse, Hargrove accused Gordon of giving Brown a "toxic cocktail" that left her unconscious and then placing her head face down into a tub of cold water. The complaint added that Gordon then left the master bedroom wearing different clothes and he hit on another female who was in their townhouse at the time.

Gordon "laid his head on female guest's ankle and stated, 'Now I want a pretty little white girl like you,'" the conservator explained, according to People.

About 15 minutes later, another individual inside the townhouse reportedly checked on Brown and found her "unresponsive and unconscious" with a swollen mouth and "another tooth hanging loosely from her mouth."

The papers further stated that Gordon let the water out of the tub and began yelling, "Clean up, clean up," while another person attempted to revive Brown with mouth-to-mouth resuscitation.

"Defendant then began to slap her saying, 'wake up,' and also started performing CPR between slaps," Hargrove reportedly insisted.

Brown's conservator said this wasn't the first time Gordon has been guilty of domestic violence. She claimed Gordon hit the daughter of singer Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston before, making her bleed in the face.

However, Gordon's legal team is firing back.

"The recent lawsuit against Nick is slanderous and meritless. Nick has been heartbroken and destroyed over the loss of his love and it's shameful that such baseless allegations have been presented publicly," Gordon's legal representatives Joe Habachy and Jose Baez told People in a separate statement.

"Nick has engaged civil counsel and intends to defend the lawsuit vigorously and expose it for what it is: a fictitious assault against the person who loved Krissy most."

Brown died in hospice care on July 26 after a nearly six-month battle in the hospital.
