The nature of Bobbi Kristina's injuries has yet to be disclosed, but multiple sources told the website the 21-year-old had a history of violence in her relationship with Gordon. Oddly enough, about a month ago, Bobbi Kristina announced she had gotten married to Gordon, however, an attorney for her father Bobby Brown recently declared the couple never officially wed.
Bobbi Kristina's friend Max Lomas reportedly arrived at her home around 9AM on Saturday, January 31. Lomas said he had been hanging out with Gordon but did not see Bobbi Kristina because he believed she was in the bedroom. Lomas allegedly recalled Gordon randomly wandering away at one point.
The cable guy then arrived just after 10AM, according to TMZ, and Lomas let him in although Gordon was nowhere to be seen. The cable guy reportedly needed access to Bobbi Kristina's bedroom, so Lomas entered the bedroom with the man only to find Bobby Kristina unresponsive in the tub. Lomas then reportedly screamed for Gordon, who ran in and administered CPR.
TMZ was told that Lomas claimed Gordon had allegedly cleaned up the house and removed blood stains.
After being interviewed by officials, Gordon and Lomas both reportedly hired lawyers. Police wanted to debrief Lomas again but that hasn't happened yet as of Friday morning.
Bobbi Kristina, daughter of the late Whitney Houston, is currently at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, where she can receive the best neurological treatment. Sources close to the family said Bobbi Kristina had briefly opened her eyes on Monday but suffered seizures that same day, CNN reported.
Bobbi Kristina's incident is eerily similar to the death of her mother Houston, who had drowned in a hotel bathtub at age 48 on February 11, 2012. Houston's case was ruled an accidental drowning by a coroner, according to CNN, with heart disease and cocaine use listed as contributing factors.
After Houston's death, Bobbi Kristina, Gordon and several other family members starred on The Houstons: On Our Own, a reality series which aired on Lifetime later that year.
