Bobby Brown is no longer beating around the bush, as he's publicly blaming Nick Gordon for his daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown's death.

"In regards to the civil litigation, we believe we know who harmed Bobbi Kristina Brown and his name is Nick Gordon," Bobby's lawyer, Christopher Brown, told Us Weekly in a Monday statement.
"Mr. Gordon made headlines when he filed his Motion to Dismiss the lawsuit pending in Superior Court that seeks to hold him responsible for 40 Million Dollars in damages. However, the Motion was frivolous and instead of having it heard by the Court, he has chosen to withdraw the Motion, ending that matter so that he could avoid having to give his deposition which was scheduled for the day he withdrew the Motion. Mr. Gordon will now have to give his deposition under oath."
Bobbi Kristina was found face down and unresponsive in her Roswell home's bathtub on January 31, but she didn't pass away until July 26 because her family was hoping for a miracle when she was in a coma and on life support.
On August 7, Bobbi Kristina's conservator Bedelia C. Hargrove filed an amended complaint against Gordon, accusing him of "wrongful death." The lawsuit listed disturbing details of the events that allegedly transpired leading up to her body being found -- including how Bobbi Kristina and Gordon allegedly got into a terrible argument during which he gave her a "toxic cocktail" that left her unconscious and nearly knocked one of her teeth out.

"I am not shocked at the withdrawal, as we must keep in mind that Gordon filed a lawsuit to remove Bobby Brown as Bobbi Kristina's guardian, only to withdraw that lawsuit in DeKalb County Probate Court once he was served with a deposition notice," Christopher continued in the Monday statement. "He could have pressed forward with that lawsuit and told us under oath what he believed happened to Bobbi Kristina, but he chose to go in another direction."
A judge ordered medical examiners to not release the cause of Bobbi Kristina's death. Christopher made it known the Brown family was happy with the outcome, and Bobby is apparently anticipating bringing Gordon down.
"I look forward to having the Court hear the evidence in the civil lawsuit and hopefully the criminal action very soon," Bobby told Us.
Gordon was not invited to attend Bobbi Kristina's funeral but he allegedly visited her gravesite at Fairview Cemetery in Westfield, NJ, later on.
