"We have come to an amicable divorce settlement," the couple said in a joint Friday statement obtained by Us Weekly.
"We look forward to putting this difficult time behind us and we ask that you respect our privacy as we move forward."
Bobby was accused of being unfaithful in their relationship, which he firmly denied, even after a Page 6 report surfaced he had a three-year affair with his 28-year-old assistant Elyse Tirrell, an aspiring singer and actress. Bobby's representative had said the allegations were "continued efforts by certain parties to spread rumors and innuendo."
When Bobby received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame early last month, a green prop plane flew overheard with a banner waving in the air that read "CHEATER" during his acceptance speech. The couple's marital problems were then made public.
According to Us, Stephanie's lawyer Deborah Lans said her client had nothing to do with the embarrassing display although she was disputing their prenuptial agreement at the time. Deborah insisted there were "profound issues" with the contract.
This was Stephanie's first attempt at tying the knot. She wed Bobby in February 2005 in Manhattan, but they reportedly didn't celebrate their tenth wedding anniversary together. Instead, Bobby attended a Food & Wine Festival in Florida.
Bobby's ex-wives are fellow chef Debra Ponzek, whom he was married to from 1991 to 1993, as well as TV personality Kate Connelly, whom he wed in 1995 and shares an 18-year-old daughter with named Sophie.
Bobby has hosted 13 cooking shows and specials on Food Network and Cooking Channel.
