Brant Daugherty and Peta Murgatroyd say they're not dating, even though many people feel they make a good-looking couple and have crazy chemistry.

The Dancing with the Stars couple's long kiss they shared at the end of their performance last week sparked rumors which were further fueled when paparazzi recently caught them lip-locking in a parking lot leaving a rehearsal.

However, Daugherty and Murgatroyd insisted they didn't intend to kiss in the parking lot during a Tuesday morning appearance on Good Morning America.

"Absolutely," Murgatroyd said when asked whether they were worried about dating rumors when they first got paired up to dance on the show.

"I think it kind of happens every season with me I've found. Everyone always thinks I'm with my partner."

"She warned me before we started," Daugherty noted.

"I did. I warned him," Murgatroyd said.

"Like, 'Just prepare yourself,'" the actor and Pretty Little Liars star elaborated.

"But that kiss outside in the parking lot, that was not really meant to be, because we totally went for the same cheek and we weren't really," Murgatroyd began.

"I can assure you if we would've done it, it would've been much hotter!" Daugherty interjected with a laugh.

"There's like no chemistry in the photo, you know?" the pro dancer said.

The pair also exchanged a little kiss at the end of their routine during last night's Dancing with the Stars performance show.

Also during their appearance on GMA, Daugherty explained it was really hard to get eliminated and he couldn't help tearing up a little bit.

"Yeah, it really got to me. It's like we're all a little family out there. It's tough to leave," he said.

Daugherty and Murgatroyd received 27 out of 30 possible points for their foxtrot routine last night, but even if they had more time to practice and received a perfect score from the judges, the actor didn't think it would've made a difference regarding their ouster from the competition.

"It was one of the busiest weeks of my life for sure, but you know, we still scored a 27. I don't know what a couple more points would've done for us. I think the audience decided it was our time to go. It's as simple as that," Daugherty said.
