They will be joined on the judging panel by IMG Fashion executive Fern Mallis. In addition, the contestants will also have their designs judged by a studio audience.
Mizrahi has previously hosted his own fashion-themed shows on both The Style Network and Oxygen and has also had guest appearances in scripted shows ranging from Sex and the City to Ugly Betty.
Rowland served as a musical mentor on NBC's December 2007 Clash of the Choirs reality series, in which she recruited an amateur choir from her hometown of Houston, TX to compete in-front of a live television and studio audience. Her choir subsequently lost to that of Nick Lachey.
Mallis founded New York Fashion Week, which has served as the backdrop for all six of Project Runway's season finale fashion shows, and served as the special guest judge for the show's third-season finale.
Bravo ordered The Fashion Show in October and the series is being produced by 3 Ball Productions.
Bravo lost Project Runway last April when the show's The Weinstein Company production company reached a five-year deal to bring the cable network's critically-acclaimed flagship series to Lifetime beginning with its sixth season.
NBC Universal -- Bravo's parent company -- subsequently sued The Weinstein Company to prevent its move to Lifetime, and the ongoing lawsuit has stopped Lifetime from proceeding with its previous plan to premiere Project Runway's sixth season last month.
