Bravo has announced the initial open casting call dates for Project Runway 2, the upcoming second season of its fashion designer reality competition series.

Once again hosted by supermodel Heidi Klum, Project Runway 2 will feature another group of twelve up-and-coming designers competing for the opportunity to launch their own clothing line.
While Bravo isn't yet revealing when Project Runway 2 will air, it appears that despite Daily Variety's earlier report, the network is no longer considering premiering the show in "the third quarter of this year." Although the network's casting call announcement fails to disclose a broadcast timeframe for the series, it does state that just as it did in the show's first season, Project Runway 2 will end with its finalists facing off with collection shows at New York's Fashion Week in February 2006.
Since Bravo has already announced that Project Runway 2 will be a ten-episode series, the disclosure of the February 2006 finale production means that assuming its run doesn't feature an extremely unusual (and lengthy) mid-run broadcast hiatus, the series will be unable to debut prior to late 2005 -- or just in time for the November 2005 ratings sweeps period. Reached by Reality TV World on Tuesday however, a Bravo spokesperson declined to confirm that the possibility of an earlier Project Runway 2 premiere has been ruled out, stating only that the show's schedule is "still to be determined" (a status that is presumptively unlikely to officially change prior to next month's 2005-2006 programming upfront presentation.)
While Bravo is expected to announce more casting call details in the coming weeks, so far the following open casting calls dates have been announced:
