Iuzzini has previously appeared as a Top Chef guest judge -- including during last night's Top Chef: D.C. broadcast, which featured a Quickfire challenge that required the contestants to create a pie.
Keller has also previously served as a Top Chef guest judge and competed on Top Chef Masters' first season -- in which he finished as a runner-up.
Top Chef: Just Desserts will be hosted by original Top Chef judge Gail Simmons, who recently served as a Top Chef Masters' second-season judge.
Bravo ordered Top Chef: Just Desserts last October and it is currently slated to premiere later this year.
