HGTV has announced the sixth season of Brother vs. Brother: Jonathan vs. Drew will premiere Wednesday, May 23 at 9PM ET/PT.
Set in the San Francisco suburbs, the new six-episode season will feature "massive renovations, daunting dares and a battle to win the ultimate sibling rivalry," according to the network.
Jonathan and Drew will put their home renovation and real estate skills to the test, competing to buy, transform and sell two unique homes in six weeks.
The brother to earn the highest net profit will claim victory.

Each week, the twins' older brother, JD Scott, will serve as the referee for the home-renovation challenges, while guest stars from HGTV or DIY Network will evaluate and choose their favorite design.
"I'm still basking in the glory of last season's win," Drew said in a statement. "Jonathan knows I can beat him again so he better bring his A game."
"I'm not going to lie -- losing to Drew wasn't fun," Jonathan admitted. "This year's competition is going to be more intense than ever and I'm definitely not letting him win again."
The celebrities who will decide which brother wins each weekly match are as follows: Leanne Ford and Steve Ford from Restored by the Fords, Bristol Marunde and Aubrey Marunde from Flip or Flop Vegas, Egypt Sherrod from Flipping Virgins, Mina Starsiak and Karen E Laine from Good Bones, and Scott McGillivray from Buyers Bootcamp with Scott McGillivray.
The loser of each weekly competition must complete unpleasant dares such as cleaning out the giraffe moat at the Oakland Zoo and stomping a barrel of sticky grapes in Napa Valley.

The challenge, winner, however will be rewarded a private zoo tour, where he'll get to name a baby wallaroo, and enjoy a gourmet meal and VIP wine tasting while overlooking a picturesque vineyard.
All proceeds from the Brother vs. Brother: Jonathan vs. Drew home sales will be given back to the local communities via Rebuilding Together, which is a national U.S. non-profit organization that preserves affordable homeownership and helps to revitalize neighborhoods by providing free home repairs and modifications to low-income homeowners.
HGTV announced in early February the Property Brothers stars signed a new multi-year deal to remain with the network. Two other series the twins will be starring in are Property Brothers: Buying & Selling as well as Property Brothers at Home.
Brother vs. Brother: Jonathan vs. Drew is produced by Scott Brothers Entertainment, with Jonathan and Drew serving as executive producers.
