Bruce Jenner is being sued over the car accident he got into in Malibu in February.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star is going from an all-time high to an all-time low. After coming out to the world as transgender last week and relieving years of stress and pain from lying to the ones he loved, Jenner is now being slapped with a wrongful death lawsuit, the New York Daily News reported.

Jenner was involved in a car collision on February 7 which resulted in the death of Kim Howe. The 69-year-old widow's two adult stepchildren -- Dana Redmond and William Howe -- are now reportedly stepping forward and suing Jenner, a 65-year-old former Olympic athlete.

Dana and William filed the lawsuit on Friday claiming Jenner was being "careless and negligent," according to the Daily News, when he allowed his Cadillac Escalade to slam into the back of Kim's Lexus sedan. The force of the crash reportedly pushed Kim's vehicle into oncoming traffic and head on into a Hummer, which killed her right at the scene.

It remains unclear how much money Kim's stepchildren are seeking, but their lawsuit apparently states they have sustained enormous damages. In a strange twist, however, Kim's friends told TMZ the widow's stepkids barely even had a relationship with her.

While TMZ alleges Dana and William are also going after Jenner for speeding, a law enforcement source close to the investigation told the Daily News that Jenner had been driving under the speed limit at 38mph.

It is unlikely Jenner will be charged in the deadly crash. He reportedly passed a field sobriety test at the time and there's been no word on the suspicion he was texting while driving.
