Caitlyn Jenner has settled a lawsuit initiated by the stepchildren of Kimberly Howe, who was killed at age 69 in a multi-car collision in Malibu back in February 2015.

Howe's stepkids William Howe and Dana Redmond filed dismissals on Tuesday, according to E! News.

William and Dana had slapped Jenner with a wrongful death lawsuit in April of last year, accusing the I Am Cait star of being a "careless and negligent" driver.

Jenner's insurance company just settled a second lawsuit with Hollywood agent Jessica Steindorff in December stemming from the same February 7 car crash in which Jenner's Cadillac Escalade rear-ended a Lexus and Prius on the Pacific Coast Highway, and then the driver of the Lexus -- Kim Howe -- was pushed into oncoming traffic, where she was hit by a Hummer and killed at the scene.

Steindorff, who drove the Prius, sued Jenner for personal injury and property damage claiming she had been seriously hurt in the accident. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Jenner is facing an additional third lawsuit from the driver of the Hummer.

In a September interview with the Today show's Matt Lauer, Jenner briefly discussed the fatal crash, insisting she was not doing anything wrong.

"I was under the speed limit. I was going 46 in a 50. My airbag didn't even go off. All I probably needed was half a second of time. I almost stopped, but couldn't quite get it stopped. I was pulling a trailer, so, no, I don't think it was speed or anything like that," explained Jenner, who was also not texting or under the influence of any kind.

"I remember it happening [but] that's about it. A tragedy like this, you'll never get over it. You just learn to live with it the best you possibly can."
