"Let's put it this way, he's in the perfect play," Grammer told Stern about her soon-to-be ex's lead role in the new Broadway revival of La Cage aux Folles, a musical about a gay couple who operate and perform in a nightclub which features drag entertainment.
"Like when I knew he got La Cage aux Folles, I was like, 'Oh god, I'm going to lose him.' But I thought it was going to be to one of his backup dancers -- I didn't think it was going to be to another woman," she continued.
"So you imply that you don't feel he's 100% straight?" Stern asked.
"I think he's straight, I'm going to say he's straight [but] there were times that I didn't throughout out marriage, because I couldn't understand why he couldn't physically be with me," Grammer replied.
Grammer then elaborated on her claims when Stern attempted to revisit the topic.
"Listen. I don't think he's gay. I do think he likes being with women, but there's something between us -- it just didn't click," explained Grammer, who claimed she and Kelsey rarely had sex during their 14-year marriage and hadn't been intimate in several years before she filed for divorce after discovering he was allegedly having an affair with current fiancee Kayte Walsh.
"But you're saying you do think he's gay! You said when he got into La Cage aux Folles he was in the right play," Stern said.
"That was for another season," Grammer joked.
"What's the other reason?" Stern asked.
"He likes to dress up like another woman?" co-host Robin Quivers suggested.
"I didn't say it. I'm not talking about it," Grammer replied.

"Are you saying in your marriage that Kelsey dressed up like a woman?" Stern questioned.
"I'm not saying it," Grammer laughed.
"No kidding! What's that like when a guy comes in the bedroom -- Oh Camille! Honey, why didn't you call me?" Stern asked.
"Oh my goodness!" Quivers chimed in.
"Did he ever dress up in your like -- wouldn't he stretch your panties if he put them on? I mean, you're a tiny girl. You don't have any body fat," Stern said.
"He has -- um -- a little waist. I don't know what to say," Grammer joked.
"You have to come back and fill me in on more details of what's it's like when your husband says he wants to put on a dress," Stern requested. "I want to know."
"I want to know where in the relationship that first showed up!" Quivers exclaimed.

"Camille, if it only happened once, maybe he did it as a joke. If it happened more than once, then I'll talk -- I mean, I don't understand -- he's saying it was kind of a goofy thing," Stern said.
"I'm not discussing this right now," Grammer laughed. "If you want to talk about anything else than that... Are you kidding!? I'm going to be smacked with a lawsuit," Grammer suggested.
"Well lawsuit, you know if it's -- listen, I mean -- what are the damages in dressing up like a girl?" Stern asked.
"He does it every night, doesn't he!?" Quivers joked.
"No, no no. You got to ask his new [fiancee]..." Grammer started.
"But when he Skypes with the kids he's dressed as Kelsey Grammer?" Stern asked.
"Of course, he's a man," Grammer said.
"He's all man," Stern interjected.
"Very much a man. He's all man. He's all man," Grammer confirmed.
"I think you're referring to one incident when you were goofing around," Stern suggested.
"A goofy Halloween thing or something," Quivers said.
"Yeah, let's go with that," Grammer noted.

According to TMZ, she also made similar comments to her fellow The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars following the couple's breakup last summer.
Kelsey declined to respond to Grammer's comments.
"While it is not clear why Camille Grammer continues making public statements about her marriage to Kelsey, it is crystal clear that Kelsey will continue not responding, regardless of content," his representative Stan Rosenfield told TMZ.
