Despite Survivor: All-Stars and Friends both having broadcast their respective season and series finales during the last four days, the hotly contested May sweeps period is still ongoing -- which means both NBC and CBS have some more ratings stunts left to attempt in their quest for additional Nielsen ratings points.

Looking to counter NBC's move to air the series finale of its long-running Frasier sitcom on this Thursday evening rather than in the program's normal Tuesday evening, CBS announced Friday that it will air a Survivor: America's Tribal Council special on Thursday, May 13 in Survivor's normal 8PM ET/PT time period.

As mentioned during last evening's Survivor: All-Stars reunion show, during the live America's Tribal Council broadcast CBS will award $1,000,000 to the All-Star survivor who was deemed most worthy of the money via a viewer vote. Jeff Probst will host the event, which will also feature the 18 castaways of Survivor: All-Stars, along with results of additional viewer polls and highlights from previous seasons.

In addition to casting their vote for the survivor they believe deserves the $1,000,000 prize, viewers can also vote for their favorite Survivor moment, their favorite villain, best fight and who they think are the sexiest survivors ever.

Viewers can vote by logging on to www.cbs.com or via their wireless phones by messaging their favorite SURVIVOR ALL STAR NAME to 26161. Text voting is open to Cingular and most other wireless carrier customers. Standard text message rates apply. Voting ends on Wednesday, May 12th at 11:59 PM ET.
