Cee Lo Green won't be facing sexual assault charges but he isn't walking away scot-free either.

"We are pleased that the Los Angeles County District Attorney has completed its investigation and concluded that the evidence did not support the false and unfounded claims made over a year ago," Green's attorney Blair Berk told TMZ.
However, the recording artist will reportedly still be charged with one count of furnishing ecstasy, a felony which, according to officials, may likely result in probation for Green since it's his first offense.
Added Berk, "As it relates to the one charge of furnishing or sharing ecstasy, Mr. Green will responsibly address that matter in a court of law."
Green was reportedly cleared of the sexual assault charges this morning because authorities were skeptical of the woman's story, which included an acknowledgement that she had been intimate with Green in the past. The woman also allegedly owned up to the fact she had been dating Green for months leading up to the incident, TMZ reported.
Green is scheduled to be arraigned Monday afternoon on the drug charge.
The woman reportedly filed a report with the Los Angeles Police Department around this same time last year, accusing Green of drugging her at a sushi restaurant in downtown LA and then sexually assaulting her afterwards. The woman claimed she had evidence of Green discussing the alleged drugging on a tape recording, which the D.A. reportedly found to be a confession.
Green vehemently denied the woman's allegations to the point where he encouraged the D.A. to fully investigate the case.
"Given that the matter is under investigation, we obviously cannot speak as freely as we'd like," Green's representative said in a November 2012 statement. "What we can say is that these allegations are despicable, untrue, and deeply hurtful to Cee Lo, his children and his family."
The Voice executive producer Mark Burnett told TMZ the criminal case won't affect Green's position on the reality singing competition.
"CeeLo will not be fired," Burnett noted.
