Celebrity Big Brother featured Carson Kressley being crowned the new Head of Household and nominating former UFC champion Miesha Tate and actor Todd Bridges for eviction following Chris Kirkpatrick's elimination during Sunday night's Season 3 episode on CBS.

Carson, a designer and former Queer Eye star, chose to put Miesha and Todd on the chopping block together with actress and former Miss USA Shanna Moakler as a potential backdoor option heading into the next Power of Veto competition.

Celebrity Big Brother's eighth episode began on Day 17 following former N'SYNC member Chris Kirkpatrick's eviction in the seventh episode, which aired during a jam-packed, two-hour episode on Friday night.

On Friday night's broadcast, Celebrity Big Brother host Julie Chen Moonves announced comedian Chris Kattan had quit the game and then Shanna won the Power of Veto.

Shanna opted to shake things up in the house by using the veto's golden power to take Carson off the chopping block.

The week's Head of Household, Miesha, then named her original ally in the athletes' alliance, former N'SYNC member Chris Kirkpatrick, the replacement nominee.

The celebrities ultimately voted to evict Chris Kirkpatrick out of the Big Brother house in a unanimous vote, since he had essentially betrayed Miesha earlier in the game by not targeting Carson when he served as HoH and everyone also viewed him as a threat to win the game.

Sunday night's broadcast therefore picked up where Friday night's episode had left off, with the continuation of the next Head of Household competition.

The houseguests -- minus Miesha, who as the outgoing HoH was deemed ineligible to compete -- were shown hanging onto a tilted wall for dear life as they were pelted with "glam squad" materials such as nail polish and colorful wigs, in an endurance competition to become the new HoH.

The house was totally divided with Carson, Shanna and model and former The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Cynthia Bailey vs. Miesha, Todd, singer and rapper Todrick Hall, and former NBA champion Lamar Odom.

Shanna felt alone in the house after losing her ride-or-die ally, Chris Kirkpatrick, in the game, and Miesha hoped one of her teammates could bring home the win for her side.

Lamar dropped from the competition first after 21 minutes and two seconds, and then Cynthia was out after 21 minutes and 16 seconds.

Todd dropped after 50 minutes and 56 seconds, and so the competition came down to Todrick against Carson and Shanna.

Shanna, admitting she was "in agony," fell next after 55 minutes and 44 seconds.

Todrick then asked Carson to make a deal as he was about to lose the competition about an hour in. Todrick asked Carson not to nominate him for eviction or backdoor him, and Carson promised not to.

Todrick therefore fell and Carson was named the new Head of Household, and Cynthia celebrated Carson's victory. Shanna was also pleased because she felt she could trust Carson.

Todrick was happy to have saved himself, but he was upset knowing his team was going to be in trouble.

"Hello 'Worst Case Scenario,' nice to meet you," Miesha lamented in a confessional, later adding, "I will not be surprised if I am on the block this week... but I refuse to go down without a fight."

Carson discussed with Shanna and Cynthia how he wanted to nominate Miesha, of course, and maybe Todd by her side because he had gunned for Cynthia before. Shanna also pointed out how Todd had been extremely loyal to Miesha.

After Lamar was shown still figuring out how to play this game, Carson welcomed everyone into his HoH room to check it out, and Miesha was nowhere to be found. Miesha explained how she's not a fake person and wasn't about to kiss ass when she knew Carson was going after her.

Carson then assured Todrick that he wasn't going to break their deal, but he asked Todrick to leave his nominations the same if Todrick ended up winning the Power of Veto.

Carson and Shanna suggested to Todrick that they should reunite as an alliance since they had started off the game as a foursome -- two "fierce" ladies and two gays, according to Carson.

Todrick appeared to consider teaming up with them after Miesha's eviction to get Todd and Lamar out next.

"And then may the best man win," Todrick shared with the group.

"We would love for you to be with us," Carson noted.

And Shanna added, "We'd love to have you work with us so we can get to that Final 4."

Todrick told the cameras that he was playing for himself and didn't have a chance to win sitting next to Miesha in the end. However, Todrick assumed he'd be the first person voted out of the foursome if he decided to work with Carson and his allies.

Todrick shared the details of the conversation with Miesha and how he didn't want to betray her only to leave the game in fourth place behind Carson, Cynthia and Shanna.

Todrick therefore considered throwing Shanna under the bus for playing both sides of the house. After all, Shanna once had a Final 4 deal with them.

"The only reason she left is because people started planting seeds of doubt with [Chris Kirkpatrick]. Shanna is not deserving of being in that Final 3 over me," Todrick complained. "Because I, at least, was honest when I went to their side, and she was not."

Todrick went for a "Hail Mary" by taking the spotlight off Miesha and putting it on Shanna. Todrick believed turning on Miesha at this point would be "detrimental" to his game, and so he was prepared to blow Shanna's game up.

And Todrick did just that. Todrick spoke to Cynthia one-on-one first and called Shanna "a snake." Todrick said Shanna had positioned herself in an alliance with both sides of the house and had been a "No. 1 advocate of getting Carson out of this house."

Todrick admitted to the cameras he was exaggerating a little bit -- but that's the game of Big Brother!

Cynthia appeared totally shocked and upset, and then Miesha joined the chat and reiterated how Shanna was acting "so shady" in the house.

When Carson walked into the room, Todrick revealed how Shanna had been in a Final 4 alliance with Miesha, Chris Kirkpatrick and himself.

"She has been sitting in your guys' room by night and in our room by day," Todrick claimed.

Carson's mind was blown about Shanna being a double agent, and then Miesha suggested they should backdoor Shanna. Miesha said she'd be okay with being an initial nomination as long as Shanna would be the target later in the week.

Carson believed the "enemy," Todrick and Miesha, since the information had come from both of them instead of just one of them, and Todrick realized he and Miesha had "a fighting chance" to stay in the house together.

Cynthia became increasingly more angry about the situation and let Shanna know that they weren't okay.

Carson told Shanna what was going on, and Shanna insisted she had always been working with Carson's side except to save herself in a couple of positions when she wasn't safe. Shanna said she never threw Carson or Cynthia under the bus and had told them "everything."

Shanna also insisted she had never targeted Carson or recommended that Carson be a nomination. Shanna had called Carson "a threat," but she said that was the extent of her alleged snake activity.

Shanna and Cynthia then argued, with Shanna defending her case. Shanna said she didn't have a pair in the house and had kept Cynthia's side of the house safe by winning two POVs and never going after Cynthia or Carson.

"You come for Carson and you come for me!" Cynthia shouted.

But Shanna said she had never gone after Carson, which resulted in Cynthia lamenting, "I'm not falling for that!"

Cynthia expressed how she'd only believe Shanna if Shanna kept to the same story in front of Miesha and Todrick.

"Okay, if you don't believe me, put me on the block. I'm okay with it!" Shanna yelled.

Shanna also accused Todrick of having thrown Miesha under the bus and saying he needed "another b-tch to work with."

The house had imploded, and then it became time for the Nomination Ceremony.

Carson announced he had decided to nominate Miesha and Todd for eviction.

"I think you're both huge threats, and I obviously have great respect for [the both of] you in playing the game. That's why I've nominated you -- because I think you're good," Carson announced.

Carson told the cameras that while he's not a big backdoor fan, Shanna had become the target everyone wanted out of the house next.

Miesha no longer felt like a dead girl walking, and Shanna said she felt so upset and hurt over what had transpired. Shanna felt like she was playing this game by herself going forward.
