Celebrity Big Brother featured Ricky Williams winning the Power of Veto and choosing not to use its power under Ryan Lochte's Head of Household reign during Wednesday night's Season 2 broadcast on CBS.

Ricky's decision not to use the Power of Veto leaves the following three houseguests on the chopping block for the season's first live eviction: Actor and TV host Jonathan Bennett, actor and comedian Tom Green, and former White House director of communications and financier Anthony Scaramucci.

The cast of Season 2 of Celebrity Big Brother is made up of the following male houseguests: Jonathan; Tom; Anthony; Ryan, a former Olympic swimming medalist and What Would Ryan Lochte Do? star; Ricky, a former superstar NFL running back; actor and former O.J. Simpson houseguest Kato Kaelin; and actor and singer Joey Lawrence.
The female houseguests are singer and Braxton Family Values star Tamar Braxton, singer and The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss, Olympic track and bobsled star Lolo Jones, Lindsay Lohan's mother Dina Lohan, and former WWE wrestler and Total Divas star Natalie Eva Marie.

The Celebrity Big Brother broadcast began with Ryan explaining he had nominated Anthony for eviction because he's really smart and Tom because he's "a sleeper" and you need to watch out for those type of players in the game.
"It's only Week 3 and I feel like I'm diving into a pool with no water," Ryan said.
Anthony commended Ryan on a solid strategic movie, acknowledging Ryan probably viewed him as a threat.
Jonathan hated being on the chopping block, but he felt confident in his alliance as well as the friendships he had formed early on.
As for Tom, he wondered whether Ryan, with his "water-logged heart," might win the Power of Veto and save him.

The ladies in Ryan and Jonathan's alliance were frustrated Dina hadn't been nominated for eviction, and they knew it was Jonathan in Ryan's ear.
Tamar went as far as to say this was Jonathan's Head of Household reign and he had flipped the switch as the one in charge.
Regardless, Tamar, Lolo, Kandi and Natalie didn't appreciate being left out of the plans.
Anthony was then shown talking about President Donald Trump and how he's not a fan of his Twitter posts and updates.

"I'm not in love with the president's war on the media or the non-strategic use of his Twitter feed. Having said that, he's going to continue doing it anyway, but he's never tweeted at me," Anthony said in the Diary Room.
"I stayed loyal to him; I never really say bad things about him -- although I tell him to knock it off on Twitter. But I still want to help him. But if he turned on me, he knows I've got a big mouth and that's not going to be good for him."
Anthony then told a few of his fellow houseguests that even if they didn't like President Trump, they should respect "the force of his personality and the nature of his game."
Lolo then expressed in the Diary Room how Jonathan was starting to "sketch" her out but he was very strategic and making decisions for the group without even consulting the women first.
Lolo didn't think Jonathan's "quick pop-ins" were genuine, and she said his gameplay wasn't working.

Tamar, Lolo and Natalie then discussed how they should target and blindside Jonathan, but Natalie pointed out they needed to maintain the numbers and might regret this move down the road.
"Jonathan is playing everybody!... I see what I see... We may never get this chance again, so we need to kick him out this door while we can," Tamar said in a confessional.
Lolo and Natalie then ran into a room and started to talk about what should be their "Final 2 name," without knowing Tamar was resting in one of the beds. Tamar's gray clothing happened to match the sheets in the bed.
Natalie and Lolo tried to lie to Tamar, saying they saw her in the room to begin with, but Tamar wasn't buying it and playfully threatened to "punch [Lolo] in the throat."
Lolo, however, didn't respond well to Tamar's joke. Since she's a fighter, she automatically goes into "fight mode" when someone makes a threat like that.
Lolo and Tamar hashed things out, and Tamar decided she just needed to "sit and chill" and lay low for a while because a lot of alliances were floating around the house -- and this was just another one.
Tamar then noted she didn't like how Ryan and Jonathan were together all the time. Tamar figured they had made a Final 2 pact together, and Lolo was also jealous because she said Ryan was her "homie" and they had spent time together in the past.

When Ryan and Jonathan joined the girls in a room, all of the girls stood up and left. It quickly became apparent to the two guys they were in trouble and the women might be "scheming."
Ryan then laughed about how he might need to win the Power of Veto and nominate one of their original alliance members for eviction.

"My heart tells me to trust Ryan. We are Team USA, come on! But I don't know if Jonathan has swayed Ryan so much that I can no longer trust the whole alliance... I'm losing my mind in here," Lolo said in the Diary Room.
Lolo then called Ryan and Jonathan out for having a Final 2, and she gave their photos on the memory wall her middle fingers. Ryan said he was "shocked."
"If Lolo wants to come at us like that, she can find me on the winner's podium and her ass on the block," Ryan said in the Diary Room.
It then became time to choose two more players to compete in the upcoming Power of Veto competition along with Ryan, Jonathan, Tom and Anthony.
Ricky was selected and admitted he didn't feel like competing because he didn't want to show his "athletic prowess." And then Joey was also chosen by random draw to participate.

The Power of Veto competition required the players to dress in western attire, rock a horse back and forth 60 times, and then stack gold bars onto a horseshoe within an allotted 30-second increment of time. The horseshoe, however, was rotating the whole time, making things more difficult.
This sequence of activity needed to be repeated until one houseguest managed to stack all 50 of his or her gold bars onto the horseshoe.
Jonathan felt he needed to secure his safety with this veto because his alliance was "a hot mess." Joey, however, didn't want to win the competition as to avoid having a target on his back early on.
Ryan was very close to victory but then his massive pile of gold bars spilled over when he was placing the last couple on, and then the same thing happened to Jonathan and Tom.
Ricky therefore won the golden Power of Veto, attributing his ability to remain calm and composed under pressure to his past of playing professional football.
Kandi and Tamar then addressed their long tense history, and Tamar accused Kandi of making comments about her life when she was going through a difficult time in her marriage and career.

"You personally interjected yourself in the situation by talking crazy sh-t about me when you just should've said nothing," Tamar explained to her, adding that Kandi made her feel "uncomfortable" at work.
The girls attempted to drop the drama and become friends so they could continue working together and actually trust each other in the game, but Kandi laughed things off -- which angered Tamar even more and propelled drama.

"The fact she's trying to make me this villain in her life is totally ridiculous," Kandi told the cameras, before Tamar burst into tears in the Diary Room.
Meanwhile, Ricky was trying to decide how to use his veto, and his goal was to talk to everyone and stir the pot.
Ricky therefore told Lolo that Ryan had said he wanted to play the game guys against girls because he believed the girls had formed an all-female alliance. Ricky added that Ryan wanted Lolo to the week's replacement nominee if the veto got used.

Lolo was shocked and "gutted," and she didn't know whether she could believe Ricky because she thought Ryan was her friend.
Before the Veto meeting, Tamar and Kandi hugged it out so they could talk business, and then Lolo consulted the girls about Ryan's alleged plans.
Natalie was "hoping and praying" Ricky opted against using the Power of Veto because she knew her girl Lolo was in trouble.
At the Veto Meeting, Ricky announced he had decided not to use the Power of Veto, which appeared to surprise Ryan.
"To be honest, no one came up to me and made a strong enough offer, and I didn't want to get any blood on my hands," Ricky told the group. "It wasn't worth it."

Ricky later admitted in the Diary Room no one on the chopping block was important enough for him to save.
"If Ricky was telling the truth, it may be time for Jonathan to go home," Lolo noted.
