Cheryl Burke is not happy about ABC's decision to allow convicted abuser Chris Brown to perform on Tuesday night's results show broadcast of Dancing with the Stars.

Brown pleaded guilty to felony assault in June 2009 following his February arrest on charges he beat up then-girlfriend Rihanna. The altercation allegedly took place in Los Angeles while the couple was driving in a rented car.
According to police, Brown choked, hit and bit Rihanna, whom he also attempted to push from the vehicle, The Associated Press reported.
Brown was sentenced to five years probation and six months community labor in August 2009. He was also ordered to avoid coming within 100 yards of Rihanna unless they were attending the same music industry events for the next five years. Any violation of any of the terms could result in Brown's imprisonment.
According to The AP, Brown's probation report also cited two prior domestic violence incidents involving the couple which had never been reported -- one of which happened while Brown and Rihanna were traveling in Europe, and the other while they were visiting Barbados.
While Burke is disappointed in the network's choice of entertainment for Dancing with the Stars' first twelfth-season results show, celebrity participant Wendy Williams apparently has a different viewpoint on the matter.
"I can't wait, I can't wait! What's gonna happen?" she told Extra.
