Chock is a 60-year-old insurance executive from Wichita, KS, who won hearts all over the world when he stepped out of a limo on Night 1 and asked Joan to try his homemade "Chock-o-noodle soup," which The Golden Bachelorette star thought was "delicious."

Chock said Joan gave him "butterflies" in his stomach right away and that he was "mesmerized" by the blonde beauty's poise and elegance.

Joan clearly felt a connection right off the bat as well, because she asked Chock to join her for the first one-on-one date of the season at Disneyland.

Joan told the cameras that Chock seemed to be a gentleman and a family man, which were two important qualities she was looking for in a man, and she enjoyed seeing a more playful side of the senior bachelor.

Joan explained how Chock made her feel safe and comfortable, and after they dove a little deeper into an emotional connection, Joan gave the bachelor a rose.

"I don't necessarily believe in fate, but this surprises [me]... We both learned from those great loves that we had," Joan shared in a confessional. "I just feel really connected to Chock and I feel like a princess. I am so happy and really hopeful!"

Chock proceeded to earn another rose after participating in the kickball group date.

Until The Golden Bachelorette viewers can watch more of Joan and Chock's love story unfold on the show, let's learn some details about this bachelor right now.
