Christian Siriano married his love, Brad Walsh, in a romantic and very fashionable ceremony Saturday, officiated by actress Kristen Johnston.

Siriano posted a tweet of himself and "Mad Men" star Christina Hendricks dancing at the ceremony.
Johnston posted a tweet of her own, of the happy couple, with her behind them. "The best moment ever," she wrote. #ProudMomma.
Siriano was in the news just last week when he stepped up to dress "Ghostbusters" cast member Leslie Jones, who had complained on Twitter about designers not willing to design her in a gown for the movie's premiere.
Siriano replied to her on tweet and the two made it happen. Jones wore a floor-length off-the-shoulder red gown designed by Siriano at the premiere, joining glam co-stars Melissa McCarthy in a yellow cocktail dress and Kate McKinnon in royal blue number with a deep V front.
