Clare Crawley was convinced she had met her future husband when Dale Moss stepped out of a limo on Night 1 of The Bachelorette's sixteenth season and took her breath away.

It took less than two weeks for Clare to determine Dale was the guy she wanted to be with forever, and so she dumped all of her other The Bachelorette bachelors to pursue that one relationship.

Clare's journey on The Bachelorette's 2020 season therefore ended prematurely with a steamy overnight date with Dale that led to Dale getting down on one knee and proposing marriage seemingly the next day.

Clare and Dale portrayed a picture-perfect public life after their engagement and The Bachelorette departure aired on ABC in November 2020.

However, that image suddenly came crashing down in January 2021 when Dale announced the couple had broken up and Clare made it clear the decision wasn't mutual.

"I wanted [to] share with you all that Clare and I have decided to go our separate ways. We appreciate the love and support we've received from so many people, but this is the healthiest decision for both of us at this time," Dale wrote on Instagram.

"We strongly believe in leading with love and always remaining true to oneself -- something our families have taught and instilled in us throughout our lives. We only hope the best things for one another."

Dale reportedly wasn't ready for the level of commitment Clare was expecting, which appeared to be marriage and children in the very near future.

Two days after Dale's announcement, Clare broke her silence on the split and said she had been blindsided by the statement.

"I was made aware of a 'mutual' statement at the same time you all were, so I've needed some time to really digest this," Clare wrote in an Instagram post.

"Speaking for myself, my intentions with this relationship have always been very clear, so the truth is I am crushed."

However, The Bachelorette couple reunited in Florida in February 2021 and later confirmed they were back together again.

The reconciliation proved to be short-lived, however, and the pair split again about six months later in September 2021.

In a subsequent interview, Clare proclaimed she regretted trusting Dale and allegedly has "receipts and proof" about his inappropriate behavior.

In October 2022, Clare announced she had gotten engaged to her new boyfriend, Ryan Dawkins, only a month after she had gone Instagram official with their relationship.

Clare and Ryan then married less than four months later in an intimate ceremony in Sacramento, CA, on February 1, 2023.

Five months later, Clare announced she was expecting her first child with Ryan via surrogate.

Clare and Ryan then announced the arrival of their first child, a baby girl, in January 2024.

"SHE'S HERE! HEALTHY + BEYOND LOVED. Dream come true," Clare, 42, captioned a photo of Ryan and herself embracing in a hospital.
