CMT has announced it's ordered Outsider's Inn, a new reality series starring Gone Country first-season participants Maureen McCormick, Bobby Brown and Carnie Wilson as they operate a bed-and-breakfast in rural Tennessee.

Similar to the first two seasons of Oxygen's Tori & Dean: Inn Love reality series, Outsider's Inn will have a fish-out-of-water format as McCormick leaves the city and discovers an inn overlooking the Great Smokey Mountains -- ultimately deciding to lease it with an options to buy.
She subsequently enlists fellow Gone Country participants Brown and Wilson to help her run the bed-and-breakfast, with McCormick taking over management of the inn and property; Brown becoming entertainment director; and Wilson assuming the role of master chef.
Outsider's Inn will then follow the three as they oversee McCormick's new business venture and the guests who visit.
Gone Country premiered in January and followed seven established celebrities as they moved to Nashville for two weeks and immersed themselves in a all things Southern for the chance to record and release a country song. It was eventually won by pop singer Julio Iglesias Jr., and CMT recently renewed the show for a second season.
McCormack and Wilson have both previously appeared on VH1's Celebrity Fit Club -- with Wilson participating in the show's Summer 2006 fourth season and McCormack winning its Spring 2007 fifth season.
Earlier this year Wilson also appeared as a contestant on VH1's Celebracadabra magic-themed reality competition series. Brown and his now ex-wife Whitney Houston co-starred in Being Bobby Brown, a reality series that focused on their everyday lives.
Outsider's Inn is executive produced by David Garfinkle and Jay Renfroe of Renegade 83 Productions.
