Colton Underwood's The Bachelor stint apparently won't be his last reality show.

Colton, who starred on The Bachelor's 23rd season in 2019, is back in front of the camera and filming a new docu-reality series about his life after coming out as gay, Us Weekly reported.

The series will reportedly launch on Netflix, although the streaming service has yet to confirm or officially announce Colton's new show.

The 29-year-old former football player came out as gay during an emotional and very personal interview with Robin Roberts on Wednesday's episode of Good Morning America.

"I've ran from myself for a long time. I've hated myself for a long time, and I'm gay," Colton told Robin in the pre-taped conversation.

"And I came to terms with that earlier this year and have been processing it. And the next step in all of this was sort of letting people know."

Colton said he knew he was "different" at age six and discovered for certain that he liked men in high school.

Colton, however, admitted that he fought his feelings and prayed to God that he might be able to change.

Colton even tried to convince himself that he was straight by starring on The Bachelor -- on which he was identified as "The Virgin Bachelor" -- and having an 18-month relationship with Cassie Randolph.

Colton has been chomping at the bit to return to reality television for a while now.

Before his May 2020 split from Cassie, Colton revealed on a March 2020 episode of Us' "Here for the Right Reasons" podcast he and Cassie were definitely "up for" starring on another reality show together as a couple.

"We've both talked about that and we're very hopeful that something might happen," Colton shared at the time.

"We don't know, but we're definitely onboard with it. I understand the risks involved... but we both like and enjoy being on-camera. I don't see anything wrong with saying that. We like opening up when we can and when we feel it's appropriate, so we wouldn't mind it."

Once the couple broke up, Colton and Cassie reportedly began filming "their lives post-breakup."

Colton hinted about a reality show he had in the works and stepping into the spotlight again in August 2020.

"I have a couple projects that I'm working on that are really cool, but I will say this: the next project I'll do, I'll have a little more control of as far as what my purpose is and making sure the show itself is purposeful," Colton said during a Chat4Good panel hosted by Us.

"I'm very, very excited about that. Sooner rather than later, you'll see what I'm talking about. I can't get into it quite yet but I'm definitely not stepping away completely out of TV."

A source then told the magazine in September of last year that Colton and Cassie "were in production all summer" but ultimately "pulled out." The pair seemingly dumped their reality series once their breakup became nasty and tumultuous.

Colton and Cassie engaged in an online feud in July 2020 over an interview Cassie had conducted during an episode of The Bachelor: The Greatest Seasons -- Ever!.

Colton was apparently annoyed Cassie had publicly spoken about the demise of their relationship even though Cassie refused to share specific details, and Cassie subsequently accused Colton of trying to monetize their breakup in his The First Time book and "dragging" her.

Cassie later filed a restraining order against Colton in September 2020 because she was "fearful for her safety," according to Us.

Cassie had accused Colton of putting a tracking device on her car post-breakup and stalking and harassing her. She also filed a police report the following month.

Colton later told multiple press outlets Cassie had dropped the restraining order after they were able to reach an agreement in private that addressed Cassie's concerns.

Colton got his start on reality TV when he competed for Becca Kufrin's heart on The Bachelorette's fourteenth season in 2018 and finished in fourth place.

Colton subsequently appeared on Season 5 of Bachelor in Paradise, when he tried to revive a romance with Tia Booth, but he ultimately found love with Cassie on The Bachelor's 23rd season, which filmed in late 2018.
