Colton Underwood has "a secret in his past" that bothered Becca Kufrin on The Bachelorette, according to show host Chris Harrison. So what is the big secret?!

"He definitely has a secret in his past that could potentially be a big roadblock and a big obstacle for Becca," Chris admitted to People of the suitor. "Becca does find out, and it is an issue. It's definitely something they have to deal with."

Chris previously teased there will be a lot of drama this season on The Bachelorette, and Colton is reportedly responsible for some of it.
According to Reality Steve spoiler blogger Steve Carbone, Colton has a history with one of Arie Luyendyk Jr.'s The Bachelor bachelorettes, Tia Booth, who is also great friends with Becca.
Carbone says Colton and Tia had a romance before he appeared on The Bachelorette, and their dynamic didn't just consist of messaging each other, flirting, or casually talking.
"He'd flown her to California and I'm guessing it wasn't for tea and crumpets," Carbone alleges, adding that the weekend took place while Arie's season was airing earlier this year.
Raven Gates and Adam Gottschalk also reportedly mentioned in a March podcast interview that one of Becca's bachelors -- who was not identified at the time -- had flown Tia to Los Angeles for a weekend.
Colton's fling with Tia allegedly comes to light during Episode 3 of The Bachelorette, when a group of guys are selected to give some of Becca's fellow former The Bachelor bachelorettes -- Tia, Caroline Lunny, Kendall Long, Bekah Martinez and Seinne Fleming -- a spa day.
But details of that conversation remain unknown, and Tia has attempted to downplay the rumors by saying on social media that sources do not know what they are talking about.
"Tia was absolutely 100 percent talking to and seeing Colton before he went on this show. She can't dispute that," Carbone insists.

It's also unclear whether Becca knew about Tia and Colton's relationship when it was happening.
Even if Tia spoke of a man named Colton before Becca began filming her season, it's possible Becca did not make the connection when a man, also named Colton, introduced himself on Night 1 of The Bachelorette.
Colton did, however, "ghost" on Tia, according to Carbone, which made her suspicious he was going on The Bachelorette.
Colton has also reportedly been linked to Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman and Chrisley Knows Best star Savannah Chrisley.
Becca reportedly decided to keep Colton on the show despite his past with Tia, and the couple enjoyed a one-on-one date in Las Vegas just a couple of episodes after Tia's appearance.
"He's clearly on this show to build his brand and his ulterior motives while he was seeing Tia and applying for the show at the same time. That's not an opinion, it's fact," Carbone says.

"I don't think Tia did anything wrong per se. As I said, she was a thing with Colton long before Becca was named Bachelorette. What would've happened if Tia ended up with the Bachelorette gig? Why did it end with Colton and Tia? Was it because of the show?" Carbone says.
Becca allegedly eliminated Colton at the Final 4 Rose Ceremony, and it's likely both Colton and Tia will appear on this summer's edition of Bachelor in Paradise. To read more spoilers, click here.
