The Bachelor runner-up Daisy Kent has revealed if she'd be interested in appearing on Bachelor in Paradise this year or starring on The Bachelorette in 2025 or later.

Daisy admitted on The Bachelor: After the Final Rose for Joey Graziadei's season, which aired on March 25 on ABC, that she wasn't interested in starring on The Bachelorette's upcoming 21st season.

Daisy explained how she had a cochlear implant in 2023 and filmed The Bachelor later that year, and so she'd like to focus on herself and spend quality time with friends and family.

But when asked if she thinks she could ever be the lead of a show like this, Daisy replied, "I think I definitely could," during the April 2 episode of the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast.

"I think right now, just in my life, like I said, I had two really huge things happen in a short amount of time. I haven't really just had time to, like, live and be me and do the things that I want to do," Daisy explained.

"And so, right now, it's just not a good time for me to do something like that."

But Daisy insisted that she absolutely "loved" being on The Bachelor's 28th season.

"I had such a great experience, but I just think, yeah, right now, it's just not right for me," Daisy noted.

Serena pointed out how Daisy is allowed to "chill" after having a "very big year," and Daisy laughed.

"I had a very big year!" Daisy echoed. "And I'm excited to see everything that comes from this and everything that I can do. But it's just, I knew it wouldn't be what's best for me right now."

Daisy, however, confirmed that "yes" she is ready to begin dating again -- just off-camera and in a no-pressure situation.

"I'm not going to say, 'No, I'm not ready to date.' I think if it was somebody really special and someone that I really connected with well, yes," Daisy shared.

"But I don't know. You never know what's going to happen! I think right now is a time in my life where I want to put myself first because I haven't been able to do that in a really long time. And so I think that's kind of my standpoint on it."

Daisy reiterated how she wants to put herself first but if her potential husband walked into the room, she wouldn't turn him down. She therefore admitted she's "open" to meeting a man in the near future.

On a possible Bachelor in Paradise 10 stint, Daisy shared, "In this moment, probably no. But I don't know."

"You never really know. But I think I didn't realize... or understand how crazy some people are about [The Bachelor franchise]," she elaborated. "I think right now, I always want to be involved in some way, but I think right now, I kind of just want to take control of my life."

In terms of what's next for Daisy outside of her dating life, she said she's been working on her nonprofit organization called Hear Your Heart.

"I want to do that, and also, I have another children's book that's in the works. I also have a memoir from my life that I actually had finished six months before I even got asked to come on the show," Daisy revealed.

The Bachelor producers had seen one of Daisy's viral TikTok videos and sent the blonde beauty a DM via Instagram during the casting process, asking her if she'd like to appear on The Bachelor.

Daisy said her memoir is about her life before the show and it "goes through all my health stuff."

"So I want to publish that eventually," Daisy said.

"And I really want to do a lot of public speaking, especially to younger kids. That's kind of the stuff I want to do right now. I'm excited to see where everything goes from here."

Earlier this week, Daisy took to Instagram and hinted that she won't be returning to reality TV any time soon.

"No more roses, just daises," Daisy captioned a photo of herself with The Bachelor host Jesse Palmer.

Daisy's "no more roses" mention was part of a lengthy post in which Daisy was reflecting on her The Bachelor journey and what's to come for her in the near future.

"You see the thing about life is you can never be certain what's coming. How unexpected this whole journey was, but how beautiful it is to look back on," Daisy wrote Thursday, March 28 on Instagram.

"I'll forever be grateful for the people I met, the places, and the moments that changed my perspective. I believe life is about how we love people, how we embrace our differences, how we can take what we were given and turn it into light."

Daisy insisted that she's "regained my confidence" and "found my light again" after having her cochlear implant and then getting her heart broken by Joey.

"We are complex beings meaning we are not one thing, one emotion, one simple feeling. Often we are consumed by one emotion, but I think the difficulty lies when we're consumed by not one but many," Daisy continued in her post.

"I've learned you have to feel it all to allow more love in sometimes. Thank you to everyone who has supported me during this journey. The friendships made & the people I met will always make me look back and smile."

Daisy went on to thank The Bachelor franchise for giving her "the time of my life" and "helping share my story in such a beautiful way."

The Minnesota native and blonde beauty concluded, "To more of the unexpected. No more roses, just daises."

Daisy is also prepared to give away her red finale dress to a fan, letting go of a big reminder or memento of her final days on The Bachelor.

On The Bachelor's Season 28 finale, Daisy and Kelsey Anderson were Joey's Final 2 bachelorettes in Tulum, Mexico.

After both women met Joey's family and had a final date with him, Daisy predicted that she wasn't going to end up with Joey.

Daisy therefore sought out Kelsey in her hotel room to essentially compare notes about their week. On typical seasons of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, the Final 2 men or women are not allowed to see each other or talk.

Daisy admitted to Kelsey that something felt "off" and seemed to be "missing" with Joey during their last date, and so she arguably spoiled the fact that Kelsey was going to be Joey's winner.

The two women then traveled to the Final Rose Ceremony in the same van, which was another first for The Bachelor franchise, and then Daisy gracefully bowed out of the competition before Joey could officially dump her.

"Falling in love with you has been so fun and I do love you," Daisy told The Bachelor star at the Final Rose Ceremony. "But the thing is, you're not going to choose me."

Joey immediately broke down into tears, confirming that Daisy's gut instinct was correct.

Daisy told Joey that she realized he wasn't her "person," and she added, "I know that you know I'm not your person. And as much as that hurts, umm, I know you said you want what's best for me, and so I'm going to do what's best for me -- and I'm going to go."

Joey called Daisy "special" and offered to walk her out, but Daisy decided to do that on her own.

"I'm going to miss you," Joey cried.

"I'm going to miss you too," Daisy responded in tears. "I'm pulling for you!"

Daisy then returned to the van, hugged Kelsey, and wished Joey's winner the best.

Joey proceeded to reunite with Kelsey and profess his love to her, and the pair got engaged in Tulum.

When Daisy announced on The Bachelor: After the Final Rose that she's "not ready" to find her person just yet, she explained, "My life the last year has been crazy. I mean, yesterday, it's weird, but it was the one year of me getting my cochlear implant, which completely changed my life."

"And I also went through this, and as great of an experience as it was, it was also really, really hard. I'm healthy and I'm happy, and I haven't had those two things in a really long time," Daisy acknowledged.

"And so, right now, I know it's a time for me to focus on the things I love and the people I love. So, right now, no. I'm not ready, and that's okay. I'm really proud of myself for realizing that."

The Bachelorette gig ultimately went to Jenn Tran, and filming is currently underway.
