Dancing with the Stars co-host Erin Andrews has denied a report she acts like a diva on set and made the show's cast and crew unhappy, but that doesn't mean the rumors didn't hurt her.

"I just went back and forth with the producers like, 'Are we good here? Please tell me what I need to work on. Please tell me what I need to do.' And they're like, 'We couldn't be happier.'"
Life & Style recently quoted alleged show insiders saying Andrews has been "arrogant, obnoxious and difficult to deal with" on Dancing with the Stars. The sources added she constantly complains, hasn't made any friends and "the cast and crew can't wait for her to leave after each show."
However, E! News had published a follow-up story claiming the Life & Style report was inaccurate and Andrews is actually well-liked on the set. Andrews also seems to think so, as she feels supported by the show's staff, including the professional dancers.
"[The pros] are kind of the vets and I wanted to do well by them, so as long as I have people like that saying, 'Great job,' and the executives... I guess I'm [alright]," Andrews told TV Guide.
"But I'm not going to lie, I buy a lot of those magazines that are saying that stuff. And I'm like, wait, this stuff isn't true?... My boyfriend and my family have said all along, 'Stop reading it.' They're right."
Dancing with the Stars' executive producer Conrad Green has also shot down rumors Andrews is unpleasant and unpopular.
"[The claims] couldn't be further from the truth," Green told Life & Style. "Erin and our entire cast have been getting on brilliantly."
Despite the drama, Andrews explained she's thrilled with her new gig as Tom Bergeron's co-host for Dancing with the Stars' currently-airing eighteenth season.
"I'm loving it. It's good to be back home," said Andrews, who previously competed on the series' tenth season with pro dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy and has served as the co-host for four weeks now.
"It's neat because it's all the same hair people, same wardrobe people -- and those are the people that you spend a lot of time with besides your dance partner. I really missed dancing. Not that I'm doing any of the dancing, but just watching what the partners and the pros are coming up with, and all the creativity and using different parts of the stage and the set. And I really love our cast."
Andrews replaced former Dancing with the Stars co-host Brooke Burke-Charvet, who was fired from the show after seven seasons.
