Iman, an NBA champion, and Daniella won the mirrorball trophy and were declared Dancing with the Stars' winners after 10 weeks of intense competition based on the combination of judges' scores and home-viewer votes cast live as Dancing with the Stars aired in the Eastern and Central time zones on Monday night.

Iman is the first and only NBA star to ever make it to the Dancing with the Stars finale.

JoJo, a pop star and Dance Moms alum, and Jenna finished in second place and made Dancing with the Stars history by dancing all season long as the show's first same-sex couple.

Peloton instructor Cody Rigsby and pro partner Cheryl Burke claimed third place, and talk show host Amanda Kloots and pro partner Alan Bersten landed in fourth place.

The Dancing with the Stars finale featured the Final 4 couples each performing twice -- a fusion dance, which fused two different dance styles into one routine, followed by the fan-favorite freestyle round.

Iman and Daniella tied for first place on the judges' leaderboard with JoJo and Jenna.

Both couples topped the night with perfect scores, a total of 80 out of 80 possible points from Dancing with the Stars judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli, Len Goodman and Julianne Hough, who filled in for her brother Derek Hough as a guest judge given he's been battling a case of breakthrough coronavirus.

Iman and Daniella's fusion dance was a cha cha and foxtrot mix that earned 40 out of 40 possible points, and they followed that up with an explosive and creative hip-hop freestyle that also received a perfect score of 40 points from the judges.

Bruno yelled that Iman had brought the house down, and Julianne shouted, "I will go on record right now: that was my favorite freestyle I've ever seen in 30 seasons of Dancing with the Stars!"

JoJo and Jenna's first dance was a perfect-scoring tango and cha cha fusion, and then JoJo showed her fierce, true colors in a freestyle set to Lady Gaga's "Born This Way."

JoJo and Jenna's routine, which received another perfect score of 40 points, was a sparkly and energetic celebration of JoJo being gay, and it featured all different dance styles.

Carrie Ann called the routine "beyond amazing" and told JoJo, "I feel safe for the future because you are such an incredible role model... with that kind of presence and that kind of delivery!"

Amanda and Alan finished the night in third place on the judges' leaderboard with a total of 78 points.

For Round 1, Amanda and Alan performed a Viennese waltz and paso doble fusion that received 38 points from the judges.

Amanda and Alan's freestyle -- a mix of lyrical, contemporary and ballroom moves -- earned 40 points from the judges. Amanda looked joyful, as if she was floating onstage with stars all around her.

"You're shining brighter than ever," Bruno gushed.

And Carrie Ann called Amanda "hope and brilliance personified."

And finally, Cody and Cheryl ended the night in fourth place on the leaderboard with a total of 76 judges' points.

Cody and Cheryl initially took the stage with a paso doble and cha cha fusion that scored 36 judges' points.

For the second round of competition, Cody rocked rainbow sequins and even did a brief pole dance in his LGBTQ-proud dance choreographed by Cheryl. The couple's freestyle received 40 points from the judges.

"You give everybody permission to be their fully-expressed selves," Julianne shared, adding how the routine made her feel "alive and free."

Carrie Ann said it was "flamboyant" and "fantastic," and Len dubbed it "wacky and wild."

In the middle of the show, Derek checked in with the audience via Zoom and revealed how he's still in quarantine after testing positive for breakthrough COVID-19 last week.

Derek, however, announced how he's been "feeling great" and "really turned a corner" recently.
