Dancing with the Stars eliminated Carson Kressley and professional partner Anna Trebunskaya during Tuesday night's fifth live thirteenth-season results show on ABC.

"You know, first of all, I have to say thank you to everyone involved with Dancing with the Stars -- first of all to Anna, the most amazing, patient, kind, wonderful partner. To my castmates, to the judges, to the producers, to my friends, to my family, to my fans -- it's just been a pure joy for me, and I just hope I could make people smile and laugh and have a great time," Kressley said following his ouster when Dancing with the Stars co-host Brooke Burke asked him what he will take away from the whole experience.
"It was great being here. I just can't say enough about what a great, positive experience this was. I'll be back every week cheering for my castmates!"
Kressley and Trebunskaya had finished at the bottom of Monday night's judging leaderboard in eighth place after they danced a jive that received 19 out of 30 possible points from Dancing with the Stars judges Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli.
American women's soccer star Hope Solo and partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy were the other couple still in danger of elimination prior to Kressley and Trebunskaya's ouster, however Burke noted they were not necessarily the other couple in the bottom two based on the combination of the judges' scoring and home viewer votes from Monday night's performance show.
Solo and Chmerkovskiy had finished tied for fourth place on the leaderboard with former talk show host Ricki Lake and partner Derek Hough. Both couples received 24 points from the judges after Solo and Chmerkovskiy performed a tango and Lake and Hough danced a foxtrot.
Iraqi war veteran and All My Children soap star J.R. Martinez and partner Karina Smirnoff had topped the judges' leaderboard in first place for the second time this season after they performed a samba which received 28 points.
Keeping Up with the Kardashians sibling Rob Kardashian and actor David Arquette had finished tied for second place on the leaderboard with their partners after they each received 25 points from the judges. Kardashian and partner Cheryl Burke danced a rumba routine, while Arquette and partner Kym Johnson performed a tango.
Legal commentator Nancy Grace and partner Tristan MacManus had finished in sixth place on the judges' leaderboard after they danced a rumba which earned them 22 points.
Transgender advocate Chaz Bono and partner Lacey Schwimmer had finished one point behind them in seventh place on Monday night's leaderboard with 21 points after they performed a samba routine.
