Jessie and Alan were up against TV star and model Trevor Donovan and pro partner Emma Slater in the bottom-two couples.
Dancing with the Stars judges Len Goodman, Derek Hough, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli were tasked with saving one of the two couples and sending the other couple home. Len, as the head judge, would break a tie if necessary.

Bruno voted to save Trevor and Emma, Derek voted to advance Jessie and Alan, Carrie Ann voted to save Trevor and Emma, and Len decided to keep Trevor and Emma in the competition.
Jessie told Dancing with the Stars host Tyra Banks and co-host Alfonso Ribeiro that her favorite part of doing the show was putting herself out of her comfort zone.
"This is one of the scariest things I've ever done. It was emotional, it was challenging, it was all of the above. But I'm so grateful for this experience. I love Alan so much and he has been a dream partner, he's like family," Jessie said in her final words.
"And honestly, this has been such a blessing, and I'm just so thankful for y'all letting me be here... And I might add a little dance here and there [to my concerts now]! But honestly, this has just been incredible."
Prior to the elimination portion of the evening, each of the 10 remaining celebrity and professional pairings danced to timeless hits of Michael Buble, who also served as a guest judge.

TikTok and The D'Amelio Show star Charli D'Amelio and pro partner Mark Ballas topped the judges' leaderboard in first place with a perfect score of 50 points.
Charli and Mark performed a foxtrot to "Fever" and received their first perfect score of the season.
Michael called the dance "mesmerizing" and "expressively erotic," and Bruno said the couple had sent him into "dance ecstasy."
Derek gushed, "This is no exaggeration, and I'm not even kidding when I say this: that was the best quality foxtrot I have literally ever seen on this show... I would give that a 12, if I could!"

Two couples tied for second place on the leaderboard at 46 points: The Bachelorette star Gabby Windey and pro partner Val Chmerkovskiy as well as Charlie's mother Heidi D'Amelio, who also stars on The D'Amelio Show, and pro partner Artem Chigvintsev.
Gabby and Val took the stage with a rumba to "Home."
Derek called Gabby "a sensational" and "amazing" dancer but she could've been a little more grounded in the rumba. Bruno called the routine "perfect," but Carrie Ann said this dance wasn't as good as her performance last week.
"The track is called 'Home.' You're not going home for ages," Len said.
Heidi and Artem performed a samba to "It Had Better Be Tonight."

Michael said Heidi made it look easy, and he and Carrie Ann agreed it looked like she was having a blast. Derek complimented all the samba content in the dance, which was "fantastic," and Bruno praised Heidi for her precision.
"If you're in the bottom two, I'm going to show my bum in the supermarket," Len joked.
Fourth place on the judges' leaderboard went to drag queen and former RuPaul's Drag Race contestant Shangela Wadley and pro partner Gleb Savchenko.
Shangela and Gleb received 45 points from the judges for their tango to "Hollywood."
Len complimented how the routine was "full of content" and it was Shangela's best dance this season. Derek called Shangela's frame "unbelievable," and Michael said Shangela had captured the essence of his song.
"For me, this is absolutely what it takes for you to win this competition," Carrie Ann noted.
Broadway star Wayne Brady and pro partner Witney Carson finished the night in fifth place on the leaderboard after earning 44 points for their quickstep routine to "I Get a Kick Out of You."
Wayne had been feeling very ill, suffering from exhaustion and a 24-hour bug, for a couple of days, and so their rehearsal time was essentially cut in half.
Derek said it felt a little "hoppy" and there were some mistakes, including dropped frame.
Bruno noted that although this dance went a little wrong, Wayne's dances with Witney are like "vintage champagne" and are of the highest quality.
Two celebrities tied for sixth place on the judges leaderboard with 43 points: singer and former American Idol winner Jordin Sparks and CODA actor Daniel Durant.

Jordin and pro partner Brandon Armstrong performed a foxtrot to "You Make Me Feel So Young."
Carrie Ann said Jordin interprets music so beautifully in her dancing, and Michael thought she looked "effortless" on the stage. Derek added how Jordin radiates when she dances and looks so graceful.
And Daniel and pro partner Britt Stewart took the stage with a foxtrot to "Feeling Good."
Carrie Ann couldn't believe Daniel was able to interpret the music in such a beautiful and passionate way, and Michael called Daniel his "new hero." Daniel said the performance was "fantastic" and his personality came through.
Trevor and Emma claimed eighth place on Monday night's leaderboard after they danced a foxtrot to "Come Fly With Me" and received 42 points from the judges.
Michael called the dance "charming and free," and Bruno said it was the smoothest Trevor had ever been with his lines and frame. The judges agreed he looked like a true leading man, with suave and sophistication, and it was his best performance yet.
Jessie and Alan landed in ninth place on the judges' leaderboard with 41 points.
Jessie and Alan performed a salsa to "Come Dance with Me."
Carrie Ann said Jessie danced full out and not fearful but she'd like to see the celebrity refine and soften her "athletic edges." Michael said it's impossible not to love watching Jessie dance, and Derek noted the performance was "well done."
And finally, former Jersey Shore star Vinny Guadagnino and pro partner Koko Iwasaki fell to the bottom of the night's leaderboard with only 36 points for their cha cha.
Vinny and Koko performed to "Save the Last Dance for Me."
Bruno asked Vinny to work on his timing and hip action, but Carrie Ann -- who admitted Vinny's technique was lacking -- said the former reality TV star brings joy to the ballroom.

"I don't like to say it, but it was a mess," Len admitted. "I like Vinny. It is what it is."
But Michael joked, "These judges are full of it. I thought it was amazing."
