FOX Sports broadcaster and former Dancing with the Stars tenth-season finalist Erin Andrews will be joining the show as the new co-host alongside Tom Bergeron for the show's eighteenth edition. Andrews is replacing seven-time co-host Brooke Burke-Charvet, who was both surprised and frustrated by her "shocking elimination."
Len Goodman, Bruno Tonioli and Carrie Ann Inaba will be reprising their roles as Dancing with the Stars judges.
Dancing with the Stars will also feature Ray Chew, a music director and composer who previously served as American Idol's music director, leading a new line-up of live musicians and singers for the upcoming season. Chew is taking over for longtime band director Harold Wheeler and his 28-member orchestra, who have been with the show since its debut season back in 2005 but were recently fired.
Dancing with the Stars' eighteenth season will premiere Monday, March 17 at 8PM ET/PT on ABC.
Glee star Amber Riley and professional partner Derek Hough were crowned Dancing with the Stars' seventeenth-season champions last fall.
