Dancing with the Stars eliminated David Arquette and professional partner Kym Johnson during Tuesday night's seventh live thirteenth-season results show on ABC.

The actor and Johnson became the seventh couple ousted from the competition based on the combination of the Dancing with the Stars judges' scores they had received during Monday night's performance show, which featured the Top 6 finalists performing both an individual routine to Halloween-themed songs and an additional "team dance."

"This whole thing has been incredible. I've loved it, but there must be a mistake, because this is my show. I can't be going home! I'm just kidding," Arquette joked, teasing professional dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy's prior controversial comments, when Dancing with the Stars co-host Brooke Burke asked what he enjoyed most about his experience.

"I came here to get to know more about myself, face my fears, entertain people, have America get a chance to get to know me better, and learn how to dance. Kym, thank you so much. You've been so sweet and patient, and I plan on dancing with you a lot more if you'll have me." 

Arquette and Johnson had finished in fifth place on Monday night's judging leaderboard with 47 out of 60 possible points.

In addition to dancing their individual routines, Monday night's show featured the competition's six remaining couples being divided into two teams in which one team worked together to perform a tango routine while the other danced a paso doble. Each dance was eligible to receive up to 30 possible points -- which would be added to each contestants' individual scores -- from Dancing with the Stars judges Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli.

Arquette and Johnson performed a cha cha which received 24 out of 30 possible points from the judges and a "Team Tango" routine that earned 23 additional points.

Legal commentator Nancy Grace and partner Tristan MacManus were the other couple still in danger of elimination prior to Arquette and Johnson's ouster and were the week's second lowest couple based on the combination of the judges' scoring and home viewer votes from Monday night's performance show, according to Dancing with the Stars host Tom Bergeron.

"Tonight, we will be revealing the [actual] bottom two couples," Bergeron noted during last night's broadcast.

Grace and MacManus had finished in sixth -- and last -- place on the judges' leaderboard with 44 total points after they danced an individual jive that received 21 points and the "Team Tango" dance which earned 23 points.

Former talk show host Ricki Lake and partner Derek Hough had topped the judges' leaderboard and finished in first place for the fourth time this season during Monday night's broadcast with 53 total points. Lake and Hough danced an individual paso doble routine which received 27 points from the judges and performed a dance with "Team Paso" that earned 26 additional points.

Keeping Up with the Kardashians sibling Rob Kardashian and partner Cheryl Burke had finished second on the leaderboard with 51 total points. They danced a tango which received 25 points and followed it with their "Team Paso" dance that earned 26 points from the judges.

American women's soccer star Hope Solo and partner Chmerkovskiy had finished in third place on the judges' leaderboard with 50 total points. After dancing a samba that earned 24 points, the couple returned to the dance floor and performed a paso doble with their team that received 26 points from the judges.

Iraqi war veteran and former All My Children soap star J.R. Martinez and partner Karina Smirnoff had placed fourth on the leaderboard with 48 total points. In addition to the 23 points they earned from their "Team Tango" dance, they also performed an individual tango routine which received 25 points from the judges.
