"I'm happy. It's been a great experience. I put myself out there, tried something new. It's been fun. [Karina]'s been amazing," Randy said following the results announcement.
"[He]'s an amazing man. I hope I made a friend for life because this was a priceless experience and I wouldn't have changed it for anything else," Karina added.
Actor and Mean Girls star Jonathan Bennett and partner Allison Holker were the other couple still in danger of elimination prior to Randy and Karina's ouster, however, they were not necessarily one of the bottom-two couples based on the judges' scores and America's vote.
Last week, Randy and Karina had finished in a four-way tie for eighth place after receiving 28 out of 40 points from Dancing with the Stars judges Len Goodman, Bruno Tonioli, Carrie Ann Inaba, and Julianne Hough. Jonathan and Allison had earned 30 points and therefore landed in seventh place on the leaderboard. Both couples had danced cha cha routines.
Monday night's performance show featured each of the remaining 11 celebrity and professional pairings taking the stage once, dancing a routine to a song from a famous movie. Comedian Kevin Hart served as the week's guest judge.
Two perfect scores of 40 points topped the night's judging leaderboard. Actress and Pretty Little Liars star Janel Parrish and YouTube fashionista Bethany Mota tied for first place with their partners after dancing jazz routines that wowed the judges.
Janel and partner Val Chmerkovskiy danced to West Side Story. Bethany and partner Derek Hough performed a Singing in the Rain number.
Comedian Tommy Chong and partner Peta Murgatroyd finished in third place on the leaderboard with 34 points after dancing an Argentine tango inspired by the movie Scent of a Woman.
Fourth place represented a three-way tie with 32 points between the following celebrities: Jonathan, Duck Dynasty star Sadie Robertson, and actor and Fresh Prince of Bel-Air star Alfonso Ribeiro.
Jonathan and Allison performed a Great Gatsby-themed tango routine, Sadie and partner Mark Ballas danced a Viennese waltz to Up, and Alfonso and partner Witney Carson took the stage with a quickstep routine inspired by Austin Powers.
Actress and Back to the Future star and partner Artem Chigvintsev landed in seventh place on the judges' leaderboard with 31 points after dancing a cha cha routine to the movie she had starred in.

Eighth place was a tie between soap opera and General Hospital star Antonio Sabato Jr. and partner Cheryl Burke as well as fashion designer Betsey Johnson and partner Tony Dovolani. Both pairs received 29 points from the judges. Antonio and Cheryl danced to Guardians of the Galaxy, while Betsey and Tony performed a contemporary routine inspired by the movie Ghost.
Michael Waltrip, a professional race car driver, and partner Emma Slater performed a 28-point worthy waltz to Robin Hood, finishing in tenth place on the leaderboard.
Eleventh -- and last -- place went to Randy and Karina. They danced a paso doble which earned 26 points from the judges and was set to the music from Rocky.
The votes from Monday night's show will count towards next week's Dancing with the Stars elimination. America has also begun voting to temporarily switch up the celebrity and professional pairings two weeks from last night.
