Dancing with the Stars eliminated Sam Champion and his professional partner Cheryl Burke after 13 couples danced on "Disney+ Night" during the Season 31 episode on Monday night.

The Good Morning America contributor and New York weather anchor and Cheryl became the fourth couple eliminated from Dancing with the Stars' 31st season after they landed in the bottom-two couples based on the combined total of judges' scores and viewer votes that were cast live throughout the two-hour episode.

Sam and Cheryl were up against TV star and model Trevor Donovan and pro partner Emma Slater in the bottom-two couples.

Dancing with the Stars judges Len Goodman, Derek Hough, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli were tasked with saving one of the two couples and sending the other couple home. Len, as the head judge, would break a tie if necessary.

Carrie Ann, Bruno and Derek all voted to save Trevor and Emma, and Len revealed he would've voted the same way. Sam and Cheryl were therefore ousted in a unanimous judges' vote.

"It's been an incredible journey," Sam said in his final words.

"Cheryl has worked harder than anyone could, and I loved having my husband with me through this journey. I will be watching this show because these people have more ahead of them and beautiful futures. I can't wait to watch every minute."

Prior to the elimination portion of the evening, each of the 13 remaining celebrity and professional pairings performed in one round of competition, which featured special Disney+ performances.

Just like the previous two weeks, there was a three-way tie -- featuring the same three couples -- for first place on the judges' leaderboard at 36 out of 40 points.

TikTok and The D'Amelio Show star Charli D'Amelio, comedian and Broadway star Wayne Brady, and The Bachelorette star Gabby Windey all tied for first.

Charli and pro partner Mark Ballas danced a jive routine inspired by The Simpsons.

The judges loved the "tight" and "together" routine that was full of wit. Derek thought the dance was "interesting and fascinating," and he noted how the performance was probably going to go viral.

Gabby and pro partner Val Chmerkovskiy performed a quickstep routine in honor of Guardians of the Galaxy.

The judges agreed Gabby showed personality this week and was "fabulous." Derek said she "nailed" a difficult routine, and Bruno thought Gabby did an excellent job of not losing her steps as she flew across the dance floor.

Wayne and pro partner Witney Carson took the stage with a jazz number to "Wait for It" from Hamilton.

The dance was beautiful, creative and rhythmic, according to Carrie Ann, and Len said Wayne continues to deliver "exceptional" routines week after week.

Singer and former American Idol winner Jordin Sparks and pro partner Brandon Armstrong finished the night tied for fourth place on the judges' leaderboard with Charli's mother Heidi D'Amelio and pro partner Artem Chigvintsev.

Both couples received 34 points from the judges.

Jordin and Brandon danced a jazz routine to the song "Remember Me" from Coco, which Jordin sang at the beginning of her performance.

Jordin was praised for her fluid and dynamic movements. Bruno called the routine "a breath of fresh air," and Carrie Ann called the performance "spectacular." Jordin also nailed her turns this week.

And Heidi, another star of The D'Amelio Show, and Artem danced a Viennese waltz with a Mary Poppins theme.

Carrie Ann called the dance "magical," and Len said he enjoyed the light and gentle feel of it throughout. Derek said Heidi had the best frame of the night by far and it was her best dance yet.

Sixth place on the leaderboard also represented a tie between movie star Selma Blair as well as drag queen and former RuPaul's Drag Race contestant Shangela Wadley at 32 points.

Selma earned 32 points for her quickstep with pro partner Sasha Farber that was set to The Muppets Show theme song.

Carrie Ann said Selma was "incredible" and Len thought it was a proper Disney dance given it was fun and joyful. Derek also complimented Selma's footwork.

And Shangela and Gleb performed a Charleston routine inspired by The Princess and the Frog.

"If you dug any deeper, you would've struck oil. It was so powerful!" Bruno gushed.

The judges agreed Shangela embodied the spirit of the Charleston and it was full of content.

Country star and former Eric & Jessie: Game On star Jessie James Decker and pro partner Alan Bersten claimed eighth place on the judges' leaderboard with 31 points.

Jessie and Alan danced a jive routine that paid tribute to Hocus Pocus 2.

Len praised Jessie for great improvement since last week, and Derek said she sold the dance and her character played by Sarah Jessica Parker.

"That was wicked, honey, in the very possible way!... You dance like a diva!" Bruno shouted.

Ninth place on the leaderboard belonged to former Jersey Shore star Vinny Guadagnino and pro partner Koko Iwasaki, who earned 29 points for their samba inspired by the movie Luca.

Vinny was called a "sensational performer."

Bruno thought Vinny's samba was "far from perfect," but Carrie Ann thought the routine was "so far improved." Len said the dance was clean and controlled as former Jersey Shore stars Paul "Pauly D" DelVecchio and Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino cheered their pal on from the audience.

CODA actor Daniel Durant and pro partner Britt Stewart finished the night in tenth place on the leaderboard with 29 points.

Daniel and Britt Stewart performed a quickstep routine in honor of High School Musical: The Musical series.

Len called out a mistake in Daniel's footwork and said the choreography from start to finish didn't really gel, but Derek disagreed and said he loved the storytelling and Daniel's frame -- although there were a few little mistakes here or there.

Sitting on the low end of the leaderboard at 28 points, fitness model and actor Joseph Baena tied for eleventh place on the judges' leaderboard with Trevor.

Joseph and pro partner Daniella Karagach, who returned to the ballroom after battling COVID-19, took the stage with a Charleston routine set to "A Star Is Born," with Joseph dressed as Hercules.

Len said the routine was fun, bright and lively, but Bruno pointed out how Joseph messed up the timing of the dance a little bit.

Trevor and Emma paid tribute to the movie Cars with a 28-point worthy samba routine.

Len thought the dance lacked bounce action but Trevor coped well with a tough dance, and Derek said he could see Trevor thinking about the steps and he needs to trust himself in the competition.

And finally, Sam and Cheryl landed in thirteenth -- and last -- place on the leaderboard with 25 points.

Sam and Cheryl performed the paso doble inspired by The Greatest Showman.

Derek said it lacked a little shape and impact, but Carrie Ann said she was "very, very proud" of Sam for challenging himself and taking charge on the dance floor every week.
