Dancing with the Stars judge Carrie Ann Inaba is not onboard with the idea of Kim Zolciak returning to the competition.

In light of Zolciak's petition to return to DWTS after missing Monday night's performance show due to the aftermath of suffering a stroke last week, many fans have rushed to her defense that the show should bend its rules and revoke her elimination.
However, Inaba, 47, admitted she certainly won't be one of the names on the Don't Be Tardy star's petition.
"Well, I've always loved somebody who doesn't give up, okay? I think that that's a wonderful spirit to have," Inaba told Us Weekly on Wednesday.
"You should never give up. However, I also like rules, and our rules say that she has to be out. I think that it would be unfair for the other competitors if she came back because she did not compete, and it's like she got a week to rest."

Inaba elaborated on her stance by insisting Zolciak rejoining the competition at this point would give her a huge advantage.
"Our show is tough, so having a week to rest could make a huge difference in the future for competitions," she explained. "So, I kind of think that it's okay the way it is and I wish her well, though, and I'm very glad to hear that she's doing well health-wise."
Zolciak posted a link to a petition on Instagram yesterday, asking fans for their support by signing it and then copying and pasting it to their own social media pages.
"Sign This petition to bring @tonydovolani and me back. I was cleared to dance on Friday when I was discharged from the hospital, so Saturday morning I was up rehearsing not even 12 hrs after. I had no restrictions BUT flying until today," she captioned a photo of the DWTS couple onstage.
"Yes the timing sucked but ultimately my health is first. I wanted to dance here in ATL via satellite. Last night I could dance I just couldn't fly. I'm forever grateful for my dance partner @tonydovolani who has always supported me and All Of you my amazing fans!!!!!!!! Regardless I'll be dancing my ass off at the finale."

As of Thursday morning, the petition had over 22,360 signatures when the original goal was 10,000.
